F	Francisco Guerra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente ubicación, a una cuadra del centro de Chignahuapan, el hotel es limpio y la atención muy buena, de los pocos hoteles con estacionamiento propio donde tú mueves tu carro. Las habitaciones son cómodas y además ofrece descuentos en algunas atracciones. Excellent location, one block from the center of Chignahuapan, the hotel is clean and the attention is very good, one of the few hotels with its own parking lot where you move your car. The rooms are comfortable and it also offers discounts on some attractions.
l	luis garcia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prácticamente nuevo, me parece que la construcción fue especial para ser hotel en osea no es un edificio adaptado, muy bonito, las habitaciones amplias, el estacionamiento dentro del hotel y ver tu auto deade tu habitación, leí comentarios negativos de la limpieza en habitaciones pero a mí me tocó todo limpio. Está cerca el centro para ir caminando a 2 calles Practically new, it seems to me that the construction was special to be a hotel in I mean it is not an adapted building, very nice, spacious rooms, parking inside the hotel and seeing your car dead your room, I read negative comments about the cleanliness in rooms but I got everything clean. It is close to the center to walk 2 streets

Creímos haber encontrado el hospedaje perfecto, hasta que levantamos las cobijas para dormir y las camas estaban llenas de tierra, cabellos y bellos púbicos, una almohada la bajamos al suelo porque tenía una mancha amarilla, algo así como, orines secos o fluidos de otro tipo, (no se confíen y revisen lo que esconde la funda de las almohadas)... otro tema fueron las toallas, para secarnos, estaban realmente ASQUEROSAS. Entendemos que son fechas complicadas y que están saturados pero, el hecho de que parezca que los huéspedes anteriores dejaron "limpio" no quiere decir que lo esté... en la mañana a primera hora salimos en busca de otro hospedaje y afortunadamente encontramos un departamento hermoso, céntrico y muy limpio, al que sin duda, volvería sin pensarlo. Este hotel es lindo y parece muy nuevo pero la higiene está descuidada. CROSS OUT!!! We thought we had found the perfect lodging, until we lifted the covers to sleep and the beds were full of dirt, hair and pubic hair, we lowered a pillow to the ground because it had a yellow stain, something like dried urine or fluids of another type , (do not trust and check what the pillowcase hides)... another issue was the towels, to dry us, they were really disgusting. We understand that these are complicated dates and that they are saturated, but the fact that it seems that the previous guests left "clean" does not mean that it is... first thing in the morning we left looking for another lodging and fortunately we found an apartment beautiful, central and very clean, to which without a doubt, I would return without thinking. This hotel is cute and looks very new but hygiene is sloppy.

Las habitaciones limpias y de buen tamaño, ojalá pronto cuenten con restaurante q le dará un buen plus. La atención de las personas es buena. It is a nice hotel, it has the basics to be comfortable and pleasant, the facilities are adequate, only a problem with the sensors of the tv that costs a little to manipulate. The rooms are clean and of a good size, hopefully soon they will have a restaurant that will give you a nice plus. People's attention is good.

(Tarda mucho en salir pero sale) El personal muy amable. Y lo mejor es que las habitaciones tienen un costo muy accesible. Vale mucho la pena. Very nice facilities, clean, the room well tidy. There is hot water that is quite lacking in that climate .. (It takes a long time to come out but it comes out) The staff is very friendly. And the best thing is that the rooms are very affordable. It is very worth it.
A	Ayako Maeda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We chose this hotel because of the a parking lot since we were driving a rental car, and is relatively close to the city center. The check-in procedure was quick, the room was clean and the Wi-Fi was fast. We stayed at the end of January of 2022, and it was very cold with fog and drizzle, however there was no air conditioner nor heating, and we had only one additional blanket in the room…. But I guess it’s just how it is in a countryside of Mexico. The very hot shower saved us from a cold night though. The accommodation fee was only 900 pesos, so we are satisfied overall. Recommended.
