F	Franziska on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is very new, modern and simply furnished. The owner Alberto is very very nice and helpful. It is clean, the rooms were cleaned daily and provided with new towels. It is very quiet at night. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again.

The room is very nice, big and confortable bed. Very nice rooftop terrace with little pool 101% recommended Grazie di tutto alberto
E	Evan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely little hotel. Definitely off the beaten path but nothing is further than a 10 minute walk on Holbox. Alberto greated us as warmly as if we were family and endured our entire stay was comfortable! The rooms could have had some hooks for clothing as they were pretty bare however the beauiof this place is that it was about 1/3 of the price of other (much worse) hotels and it was away from the chaos of drunk shoeless kids(and some questionable adults) in centro that we had a blissfully quiet sleep every night. Definitely recommend this place.

The property itself is newly built, and her both beds Anda the rest of the rooms are simple but really well thought out, and you can also see the good quality of the products used. Water really delivers a fantastic experience is the hotel manager Alberto and his team. Really great people that will definitely provide an added value to your stay by giving you a lot of great advice Isa, peace of mind by taking care of everything that’s it you can think of, and by being super friendly and relaxed people. Will definitely come back!
