Griselda, la administradora fue muy amable y atenta a cualquier problema que pudieramos tener.?? Quiet, clean. Despite the distance to the main tourist area, all very well. Krijgen vervolgens 1 grote kamer voor orginele prijs, is er geen water, maar wel blijkbaar waterpomp die zijn best doet en elke 2 minuten lawaai maakt. Waardeloos. Overigens wifi redelijk buiten, maar geen op de kamer. Afrader! This was disappointment. Booked through booking.com, hotel tries to charge double price. Then get 1 large room for original price, there is no water, but apparently water pump that does its best and makes noise every 2 minutes. Worthless. By the way, reasonable wifi outside, but none in the room. Not recommended!

Tuve problemas con la regadera y en menos de 5 minutos ya lo habían resuelto, además todos los empleados son muy amables y tienen buena actitud. El único detalle es la distancia al centro y accesos a la laguna. Si no quieres caminar o pagar taxi esta no es una opción para ti, en cambio si no te importa la caminata de media hora el lugar es perfecto. I was surprised by the hotel, very nice and very good service to be so cheap. I had problems with the shower and in less than 5 minutes they had already solved it, in addition all the employees are very friendly and have a good attitude. The only detail is the distance to the center and access to the lagoon. If you don't want to walk or pay a taxi this is not an option for you, on the other hand if you don't mind the half hour walk the place is perfect.
