It is a good business hotel on the highway. If you want to go to Cuautla and you have limited budget, it is a good option.

Great localisation, nice rooms, an excellent yard with a nice swim pool. Kind workers, delicious meals.

The sprinkler protection system is inadequate. They haven't remove the sprinkler head protection. They need to improve the sprinkler system maintenance, tests and inspections.

Clean rooms, staff are attentive and respectful.

Nice business hotel in Cuautla. Clean rooms, friendly staff and service. Great option if looking for this kind of hotels. Restaurant food is good and service too.

Best hostes of all town! The staff is friendly, helpful and very polite (they will smile back!) Rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and have everything you need to rest and relax. Full connectivity to internet, an office room, gym, pool, jacuzzi and a restaurant. The most equipped ones have a coffee brewer and a small refrigerator (yes I have been in them all).

This is an awesome hotel if you get there with no reservation and there are rooms available. In such a sense, it is one of two best hotels around the area, being the other one Hacienda Cocoyoc. Otherwise, the hotel has considerable issues that brings its service quality to 3*, comparable to (or even lower than) Club Dorado's. It all begins (the low quality) with a call to reservations. Instead of assuring the reservation will be kept until 2 hours after the estimated time of arrival, ETA (which it is possible to call in advance, in order to hold the reservation for a longer period), they prefer to promote anxiety to customers by saying to check regularly your inbox to see if you still have a reservation. Second, when arriving, except for Gabriela who is the manager, the front desk personnel is exceedingly less polite (no to say ill-mannered) than the concierge, the doorman, and the bellman. If it's your first time, you might get a nice room; but if it is not your first time, they might assigned you a room with broken AC and TV remote that doesn't work. When trying to use the equipment in the gym, you won't find enough towels to clean your sweat after two days. If you try to relax going to the jacuzzi, the water will be cold in the morning, with no bubbles or water jets, by noon the water jets are working but by that time the water is filthy to a point you do not want to get in. The restaurant and their buffet is OK. But again, most of the personnel are not very gentle when giving service. Because of all of this, its better to check for other options.

A nice budget hotel. Clean and comfortable. Staff are always friendly and professional. Food is usually quite good but this visit it was a bit disappointing. Not a lot of hotel choices in Cuautla and this is always our first choice for our short family visits to the area.
