Hotel Marcianito - 77400 Isla Mujeres

We came here after another hotel had hard beds. They gave us a cash discount and we've been sleeping like babies every since. Highly recommend!

Terrible! Basic room does not include air conditioning. It is $20.00 USD per day extra. Safe deposit box is in room, however, if you want to use it you must pay $20.00 USD per day. None of the staff speaks any English. The owner/manager is never on site. He was rude on phone with me and hung up on Expedia agent.

Basic Mexican hotel accommodation. Family owned and friendly. If your looking for deluxe this is not it, but if your looking for a room that is clean and an affordable price, you've got.

I stayed here for a week in a basic room no A/C which came with a Ceiling fan and pedestal fan and windows. The weather was low 80s so It was very pleasant. Daily housekeeping. The manager isn’t always present at the hotel but is very Responsive. Great prices Will be staying again!

Good basic hotel! Location is amazing as it's by Hidalgo street, noise was minimal. 8 min walk from playa norte. Would definitely stay here again.

We were SO impressed by Hotel Marcianito. We got an awesome room that overlooked the main street in Isla Mujeres. The room was very clean & we felt safe the entire time here. The staff speaks very little english (which was fine), and are super kind! In the room, we had a coffee maker, minifridge, shampoo, lotion, towels, etc. The noise was louder on Saturday night, but we were still able to sleep with the windows open (we visited in mid-April). Sunday-Tuesday night, the noise at night stopped around 9:30/10pm. If you rent a golf cart, you will be able to find street parking right around the corner. We are already planning another trip & will stay at Hotel Marcianto. Thank you for a fabulous stay!!

Update: I am here now ♥️ room is clean, small but adequate ( i knew what i was reserving). AC is cold (works with the room key so you can’t leave it running during day) but it gets cooled off FAST. When i get back to my room, by the rime I’m out of the shower the room is cold. We love the music at night and the usual local sounds of the street. Its not “ loud” at all. It is heard but i am loving it! Storage for clothes is lacking (there is a large closet but only a few hangers) shelves would be better. Front desk assistance is great and attentive. The bathroom light went out and a guy came to fix it immediately. Tv works, fridge works. 10 STARS! The only downside, if you rent a cart, trying to find parking is a bit challenging but i think we’ve figured it out! This is not luxury, so if you want that don’t come here only to leave a bad review. This is a CLEAN, cozy room on a budget price. Perfect location especially if you want to be close to Hidalgo St and beaches. Bed is firm but still comfy. I would return! —————————————————————— Super good communication and fast responses. Pretty much what I've expected for that price (which was the cheapest private room available in that area, at the time I've checked). The rooms were nice, sheets and towels a bit stained but ok... the room is very lit at the morning as the shades doesn't block the light. Except for that was fine, not really noisy during the night, had hot water in shower and the pressure was fine.
