It is a good place, very reasonable for its price, the service of the employees is excellent and they always answer your questions kindly besides that they always respect the prices they give you, there are no surprises or hidden fee’s, the only thing that would make it better would be an elevator and a pool, the place is right next to the TAP and Tufesa bus terminals, there are also good places to eat very close since it does not have a restaurant either. I had a good experience.

Your securities was very nice and very helpful and respectful. they Keep the hotel very safe. Your maintenance and housekeepers are wonderful they are hard works. They Keep the room and outside very clean. The front desk was very nice and helpful as well. Thank you for making our vacation safe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing. It was clean, comfortable and secure inside and out. HOWEVER it was pricey for a Mexican hotel and did not provide wifi internet. Since I travel with a tablet I depend on it. The tv did not have 1 English speaking channel, not even CNNI. There was not a restaurant on site which is ok but did not even provide coffee on the property. I was quoted a price online but after checking in was charged 400 P more. Summary all the basic needs were provided for but nothing extra and the charge should have included the extras.
