Rooftop & pool = 5*, beautiful sunset, music, good cocktails and beer To stay = 3*, room never cleaned, so sandy, not enough storage, very very very loud until 6am, building works start at 7am-7pm

Clean room. Great location for the raver in you. In the heart of all-night party zone. Near the beach, but don't plan on getting a night's sleep...boom, boom, boom till 7am. Very friendly staff.

I'm only giving this 2 stars because when I submitted my review on trip advisor it was clear that they hide 0 star reviews. Please avoid this hotel. It ruined our vacation and I feel so scammed for staying here. The music is OUT OF THIS WORLD loud, so loud that even ear plus and a pillow over your head doesn't help. The first night we were there the bar across the street played INSANELY loud music until 5 am and during the day there is LOUD construction noise. The owner obviously knows this is an issue and still would not give our money back for an extra night that we didn't stay or any of the fees. It also made it extremely stressful to find new accommodations during high season.

I wish I could give this hotel 5 stars because I actually really enjoyed my stay. However, you have to know that right next to the hotel is a bar that plays live music every night until very late. I'm usually not sensitive to this kind of noise but the band plays REALLY loudly and at least until 1:00 and later in the morning. On Friday night they even played until 7:00 in the morning! You won't be able to sleep without rest plugs. The hotel itself is great. The street is super friendly, ready and helpful. The rooms are very clean, bright and spacious. The shower works great and I always had warm water. Unfortunately the WiFi connection war barely isle, it was extremely slow and I ended up many times switching back to my mobile data because it was faster. I would give 5 stars but because of the loud music every night next door I have to reduce it to 4 stars.

Nice place, very close to the beach. Friendly staff. In the room there aren't any glasses, which seems strange. At the crossroad near the hotel it seems to be a party spot, loud music and people hanging out on the street till late (at Christmas they stayed till 5 am). So if you are a light sleeper you migt want something further from here. Otherwise, loved the place and the location.

The room was nice, but very small. The room had no dresser, no drawers for storing clothes, in fact very little furniture at all. The staff were very nice. But the place is NOISY. Across the street is The Hot Corner, which appears to be the busiest bar in town, with very loud music until 2 a.m. almost every night, and even louder when they have a live band. The hotel also has a rooftop bar (3rd floor) with a DJ. The DJ's music resonates through the hotels concrete walls. And then there are the street vendors, immediately outside the hotel, who also have boomboxes that can be very loud when they are directed at the hotel. I asked them to move me to a quieter room but they said that there was nothing available (and I doubt that any other room would have been better). The sliding glass doors (single pane glass) to the balcony open onto the street side, and they do not lock, so the room does not feel very safe. They said they have a spot on the beach but I could never find it, even after asking them for specific directions.I will repeat that the staff are very nice, but I definitely do not recommend that you stay here.

The staff at the hotel are AMAZING! My only complaint is the noise. You won't get any sleep. The restaurant, Hot Corner played music until 6am! Then the rooftop plays music in the afternoon. No rest at all. The rooftop is beautiful though. For some strange reason my room had no electricity on my last night maybe it was due to a thunderstorm.

Adding an extra star to the attempted service recovery. This building as well as two adjacent buildings are under construction. At almost all times of the day you will hear drilling and hammering outside of your room. At 8pm the construction in the building stops, but then the rooftop bar becomes the loudest venue on the block. This is not a place to stay if you want a relaxing vacation. The rooms are very nice and those working here try to help, but this is a place for someone who only plans to pass out in their bed wasted. We shared our concerns to staff and they offered to move us to one of their less expensive hotels that had worse reviews. We said it wasn’t worth the hassle of moving so they offered us a 50% refund for the night we couldn’t sleep. They also failed to tell us that our $100 a night reservation included a chair on the beach until the second day. They offered to get us a taxi but said we would have to wait 20 minutes for it. A nice attempt but still wish we would have never booked this place. There are many beautiful places on this island. Make sure you do your research.
