I found them on Hotels.com & boy did I get lucky with this place. When I walked in I was greeted by the manager of the place who came to open up this location from Oaxaca. He was beyond helpful. He explained everything from the history of the hotel to local area as it was my first time visiting. He offered me some artisanal soap to shower with to complimentary artisanal mezcal. I ended up staying 3 nights as the room was huge, modern, comfortable beds and amazing showers. The rest of the staff was amazing. One of the best experiences I had at a hotel. I will definitely be back and wish they had more locations. Thanks ? so much

What a pleasant surprise. I booked a stay here over the holidays and it was great! This boutique hotel has it all and the service is second to none. From the moment of my arrival I was pampered with mezcal, fresh artisanal soaps and coffee! Viri is the best, always making sure we felt at home. 5 stars all around, big rooms, comfortable beds, excellent breakfasts, and centric! Search no more, book a stay here if you’re traveling to Morelia.

Beautiful hotel boutique nested in a historical building of Morelia’s downtown. Absolutely enjoyed our stay there with a lovely staff that made us feel like home. Large, bright, clean rooms with all the ammenities you can think of. There are many places of interest on a walking distance and we even took joy just wandering around the charming colonial-style streets.

Hotel NanaVida is an excellent location. Everything is walking from distance from the hotel to Centro Historico. From food stalls, live street music at night to bars! The rooms are very clean, the staff is very courteous. They even gave us a free sample of artisan soap! Only con is that I wish they had better pillows. Other than that, it is a great place.

The hotel staff was beyond exceptional. Warm welcoming and professional.They were extremely accommodating, held our luggage after check out and coordinated transportation to and from airport. I am so appreciative that there exists a place that still values customer service throughout the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Thank you Vivi and Osban again for everything.

Excellent service and attention to their guests! The main entrance is usually locked, you must ring their doorbell to be let in. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted and offered water or soda. Check in was easy and we were offered a complimentary organic soap of our choice. Every time we returned from being out, the staff greeted us and offered a beverage. One night, my mother and I came back later than usual (around 11 pm) and found there was a security guard who was watching the premises and the front door was securely locked. Distance from "city center" is not an issue at all. We were debating whether to book here or with some of the more popular hotels across from the Plaza, but staying at Nana Vida was the better choice. Viri and the guy at the check in desk were always very helpful and accommodating. The only issue we had was the mattress unfortunately. We stayed in a king sized bed and our mattress was extremely hard. However, we figured a way around that with blankets, which made it more tolerable. Definitely recommend this hotel and definitely will book here when visiting Morelia again.

I enjoyed my stay here for 6 days. Customer service was great . You always felt welcome. The room was spotless thanks to Lupita who did a great job with the cleaning. The breakfast they offer was fresh on the weekend. I wished they offered it M-S but only the weekends. The juice and coffee was great. They have a security officer over night which is great and he is always aware whos in or out . I really enjoyed this hotel . The location is perfect. If you want a clean , friendly , and secure hotel this is the perfect spot with other perks .

The best and safest hotel to stay at . The service and attention to the guest is a 10/10 . Lupita and Viví are awesome . They are very welcoming and make sure the guest are taken care of . The hotel is in a perfect location in the middle of everything . This has been my 3rd time staying here and I have enjoyed it . The rooms are super clean and spotless . The breakfast is really good over the weekend .
