Hotel Panamera - 77760 Tulum

Myself and 3 of my girlfriends traveled to Tulum to celebrate my birthday and stayed at hotel Panamera. We picked this hotel because of its prime location along with reasonable price compared to others in the area. Our stay at panamera was absolutely wonderful. Leading up to our stay the staff at the hotel were extremely helpful with planning our airport transfers and ensuring our reservations would be next to each other along with scheduling COVID tests for our departing flights. Upon arrival we were greeted with welcome drinks and the lovely staff. The rooms at hotel panamera are clean and minimal, which we loved. There are no mini fridges however we were given 2 new bottles of water each day. The rooms were cleaned every day wonderfully. The shampoo/conditioner/body wash provided by the hotel smell AMAZING. Overall the vibes of the hotel are super trendy minimalistic boho. The pool area is so cute and theres also beach bed options. I cannot speak for the dinner since we ate out every night, however the breakfast and lunch menus were incredible. I recommend the avocado toast, smoothie bowls, burger, truffle fries, and tacos! Drinks were also great, unsure if they were very strong but overall super tasty. Overall I will definitely return to hotel panamera on my next vacation to tulum!

Come here if you want to rent a lounger, but don’t stay. You get the interiors, food and service just by coming for the day. We stayed in room 10, which I believe is one of the nicer, more premium rooms and as of yet haven’t been able to get a lounger by the beach that suits us. A lot of the loungers don’t recline, so your on your front or back all day. The first day we arrived we were positioned next to a group of 12 people on two loungers, meant for 4 people, which of course meant they were basically on top of us. The next day they STRUGGLED to get us a lounger. It felt uncomfortable. The interiors are beautiful, don’t get me wrong I do YouTube as a job and love a photo opportunity but as of yet it feels all for the show. We stayed up the road for half our trip and the comparison is vast. Ps don’t bring clothes as you’ll have nowhere to put them!

Arguably, the best value for money around. Outstanding service, particularly if Alba is still around. Close enough to walk tk top 5 restaurants. Really good beach club, pool, and sunset rooftop. Also walking distance to the best/most expensive beach clubs around.

Went there for the beach club and the service was amazing! JAMIE the beach front manager is 100/100 he help us feel comfortable with getting us whatever we needed. Jamie took photos for us which was a nice extra touch. This place is amazing and if you meet Jamie say hola!

Great vibe at this hotel, you can eat inside or on the beach and then lounge and have drinks after. The staff is amazing but forgot to bring our salad out and then tried to charge us for it anyway. Everything else was top notch.

Somehow this place was even better than it looks online! The music was always changing to match the mood, upbeat and super trendy. When they checked us in with a delicious welcome cocktail, we knew right away it was going to be a great stay. Sebastian always made us feel like queens, bringing us towels at the pool and gave us great local suggestions too. I did not expect special treatment like that, as if we were the only guests there. Best roof top in the Tulum beach area, with killer house music and an even better view of the sunset. This hotel cannot be beat!!!

Stayed here for a friend’s wedding and absolutely loved the place. It’s as scenic as it looks in the pictures. The food and drinks were top notch. We had an issue with the shower flooding the first night but they fixed it quickly. Will definitely be back!

Fantastic place to relax and stay. Beautiful surroundings and the staff were very attentive and polite (especially Carlos and Fernando). Nothing was a problem for them. The sunset roof bar is a beautiful way to end the day at Hotel Panamera. Thank you for making our first time in Tulum so special. We will definitely be back.
