Hotel Paradise Suites - 77400 Isla Mujeres

We really enjoyed our stay here at paradise! You couldn’t beat the location and price—superb. The staff, especially Alex, was super friendly and available to help. The AC worked great, and we thoroughly enjoyed our room and the entire hotel. The pool is nothing fancy, and we never ended up swimming, but with ocean water that pretty—you don’t need to. We would absolutely come stay again! We miss Isla already.

Almost like a KOA campground. The rooms felt like a prison cell. Pool closed due to chlorine issues. Don't be decieved by the positive reviews.

We love everything about this sweet little hotel, but most of all we love it’s awesome location. Just steps away from the beautiful Playa Norte. Alex has always done a great job welcoming us. We stay here every time we come to Isla. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfy and the staff is very helpful. Golf cart rental a few doors down. Perfect for families as well. The kitchenette made our morning routine easy and relaxing.

This review is about their spa and massage services b/c I did not stay at this hotel because I reserved a hotel down the street. However, walking down the street one morning and the masseuses were standing outside and offered me a free 5 minute massage.I said yes and it was so awesome, I booked a 90 min deep tissue massage and spa treatment for the next day. The ambiance in the location is awesome but it's unassuming from the street: the set up is outside with cool breezes from fans and the wind, sand, wood board and natural stones guide your way and clean white sheet canopies and walls giving privacy Sally was my masseuse and was amazing.Seriously: ask for Sally or Roxy. I felt so relaxed all day yesterday after the session and even so still today The hotel I stayed at did offer the same treatment for basically the same price (hotel was slightly more expensive) but this experience was much nicer and calming for my tastes than the spa room that I saw at my 4.8 star hotel. Just do it. Treat yourself.

This is about the “mobile spa” located there. I didn’t stay at the hotel. Walked by when the massage therapist’s Zali asked me in! Best ever!! She was fantastic, 5 star! Very professional. 90 minutes for 60 us. I didn’t want to leave. Very cosy and privat dispyt it’s in the city center. I will get back for one more session, before going back home to Sweden ?? ! Ask for Zali ?? /Cecilia & Chris

This hotel is perfect! Location is excellent, safety and comfortability were outstanding. The management staff was so kind and helpful. Beds were comfortable, AC worked great and we had hot water every day. Truly couldn’t recommend this hotel enough.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The pool area was amazing, comfy beds, good water pressure, great location in centro but hidden enough to have a peaceful nights rest and super friendly staff. I think my only complaint would be to have softer blankets. I got a massage from Gibran Hazar at the spa and it was the best I’ve ever had. He did energy work on me as well and was so kind to chat with me afterwards on everything he worked on. We will be back! Xoxo.

This review is for the spa. Hubby and I got 60 min massages for $40 USD each which was pretty fair. We walked right in and were able to be seen right away which was awesome. The tables are set up outside and it’s very peaceful and relaxing to hear the birds and wind. Would definitely go back for the price! Super cute place too.
