★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love it. Clean. Beautifully appointed. Helpful staff. Would like to be able to choose more than one (small) alternative for breakfast instead of one huge portion. Sad if you don't like the first thing you order!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very comfortable location with modern rooms and a very nice communal courtyard area. Staff was helpful and friendly. The only considerations keeping this from earning 5 stars is the lack of a heater in the tiled, high cieling room where temperatures outside would reach ~0-5 degrees celcius at this altitude. Would definitely stay again, though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice, quiet & clean. Large room. Don’t know why there a couch in the room. The extra space for a suitcase would be nice. No need for a couch. I think it’s fairly overpriced for what it is. TV didn’t have many channels and the ones it did have had poor reception. WiFi wasn’t strong. No breakfast Included. At least nobody at reception told me there was breakfast included. No heat. Heaters available upon request. There are only fireplaces in 3 rooms so don’t let the photos on that hotel booking site fool you. Also if you pay by credit card, the rate goes up by a LOT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here for 3 nights and found it a pleasant experience. The rooms were spacious and clean. The shower had hot water on full blast. The on site restaurant breakfast was great at a good price. But the best part of this hotel is the wonderful front desk staff. On the day of my departure I was having difficulty with online check in due to a mistake made by the airline. Moses was the concierge on duty and he went above and beyond to call the airline as I do not speak Spanish. Moses called several times as we were disconnected and waited on hold for a person qualified to correct the error. He smiled the entire time! This relieved my anxiety and I had time to spare so I enjoyed my breakfast. You will enjoy your stay here. It is centrally located and quiet and beautiful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed 1week. It was excellent, My room was on the 1st floor looking to a small courtyard, very quiet with nice light and room very comfortable. All staff super nice. I'll stay there again for sure.

This place is great! The only thing I can say needs improvement is the Wifi. It’s patchy, a bit slow specially in the room. I was on the first floor, some of the rooms might have better reception.
Rooms have good water pressure with endless hot water. Beds are very comfortable. Cable TV. Breakfast was very good. The grounds are very nice. Price is very good for what you are getting. Located in a quiet street close to everything. Staff is very nice. Water fountain to fill your bottle, with hot and cold option.
We enjoyed staying here. I recommend this hotel and would come back on another visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely hotel located just 5 min walk from the main square of San Cristobal.
Very clean and spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was ok, portions rather on a small side, but you can order extra for additional charge.
Would be 5 stars if not the poor WiFi, impossible to connect from the room and thin walls, could hear everything other guests did.

The staff is nice and welcoming, the hotel and the rooms are spotlessly clean, there's a nice courtyard with some sun beds and the king bed is extra big and comfy. Also the hot water was working well when we were there.
There's no heating in the room but they can provide a small electric one upon request.
The location in San Cristobal is also just perfect, 5 mins walking from the main streets but in a quieter area, with some nice bars and restaurants.
Among the mid range options of San Cristobal I feel this is def one of the best!
