Si eres turista, te clavan un 8% de comisión por usar tarjeta, y no te lo dicen hasta que vas a pagar… intente poner una queja y según los empleados, “eso aquí no se lleva”. Una vergüenza como sangran al turista, 24€ dos sandwich y dos aguas… This review is based on the cafeteria. If you're a tourist, they charge you an 8% commission for using a card, and they don't tell you until you go to pay... try making a complaint and according to the employees, "that's not acceptable here." A shame how they bleed the tourist, €24 for two sandwiches and two waters…

Creo que hasta cuando aprendí a cocinar cuando niña, hacía mejores pastas que estas, completamente secas y recalentadas como si las hubieran metido a un microondas, muy muy malas. Lo único bueno que recomiendo es los jugos naturales que estaban muy sabrosos This review is solely for the restaurant. We ate some lousy pasta!! I think that even when I learned to cook as a child, I made better pastas than these, completely dry and reheated as if they had been put in a microwave, very very bad. The only good thing that I recommend is the natural juices that were very tasty
D	Diana Rojas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hicimos uso solo del restaurante. Pedimos pollo a la plancha con papitas y se demoraron más de media hora en traerlo y tuvimos que ponerlo para llevar. Y resulta que no pusieron las papas. Casi nos timan con el vuelto (cambio) ya que faltaban 30 pesos, que tuvimos que reclamar. Muy caro y no sirvieron completo. We only used the restaurant. We ordered grilled chicken with chips and it took over half an hour to bring it and we had to put it to go. And it turns out they didn't put the potatoes. They almost swindled us with the change (change) since 30 pesos were missing, which we had to claim. Very expensive and they did not serve full.

J	James on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here during Hurricane Grace and the manager, Pablo, went above and beyond to provide the best customer service I've received at a hotel anywhere. He greeted us at the station, provided us with all of the updated information (power had been out for a day so no information was communicated outside of Chiquila) and made sure we were safe, comfortable and informed. Rooms were clean, bed was very comfortable and the shower had the best water pressure I've experienced in Mexico. Pablo was incredibly generous and he even helped us get the kitchen running to make some ramen soup we bought at the tienda. Glad I was in Chiquila!!
