Hice una reservación para mi mascota con anticipación, el día acordado llegué y no había personal que pudiera recibirme porque no tenían información registrada que ya les había proporcionado... Me hicieron esperar mas de media hora y no llegaron. Eso desde mi punto de vista es un mal servicio.
They seem to treat the puppies well, but they still lack organization. I made a reservation for my pet in advance, on the agreed day I arrived and there were no staff who could receive me because they had no registered information that I had already provided ... They made me wait more than half an hour and they did not arrive. That from my point of view is a bad service.
