Hotel Playa Bonita Mazatlán, Sinaloa. - 82110 Mazatlán

Okay hotel close to the beach and stores and restaurants. A 15 min walk to the malecón. Pool wasn't very inviting. They did seem to be doing some maintenance though.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. The room condition is ok but tired and due for some renovation. Positive points : close to the beach and Joe's Oyster Bar

If you are in a budget and you are looking for something not so expensive, this is the hotel for you. Beds are hard as rock, and hot water takes like ten minutes to get to the shower, so you gave to let water run until it gets the hot water.

Hot water takes for ever, the pool is not private, my room lights did not work, the fan did not work, no trash can in room, took a while to get my room key, defenately spend the extra money on something better next time, but a good place to stay if you are out and about, and just need a place to sleep

DO NOT COME HERE! It is completely torn up and under construction. It is a noisy mess. DO NOT do the all inclusive plan. The staff not helpful, and the food sub par. Mazatlan an interesting place, but this resort simply awful!

The worst service. We booked 11 rooms total in advance in February. 2 of these rooms were supposed to be studio and the rest were to be double beds. We spent almost 3 hours trying to tell the concierge that she overbooked rooms to others since she was trying to give us less rooms and smaller ones too. She also stated that we could possibly have some of the people sleep on the floor in order to fit. when we asked for a manager she stated that there wasn't one on the premises. We continued going back and forth, all while a second group was also asking for rooms that she reserved as well. She was being told that her 3 reservations could be switched to two and no refund in order to have her stay here. We were going back and forth until finally she started to find "extra" rooms she could use in order to fill them. We were still short one and no refund was given. We should her what we paid and we are still waiting for an answer.... In other words, reservations mean nothing here Even if you come in on time.

This has been the worst experience in my life, the staff is RUDE !! They will not help at all. Will make you faces as you ask for help, or just plain ignore you. Give you the rolling of the eyes. I asked for towels the man brought me some I said thank you he left the door open never did he say anything to me just walked in and out. Very unprofessional. They act like we owe them something. I’m sorry but as for me and my family we will never ever come back to this place

Looks pretty from the outside but not good inside. The water pressure in some rooms is horrible. Want a hot shower after a day on the beach or the pool? Ha ha look somewhere else. Warm water at best. Want to just get to your room and relax? Ha ha walk up the stairs because the elevator is broken. Have your hands full from shopping and ready to come back to the hotel? Drop your bags to get searched and don't forget your hand sanitizer. Need change to pay a cab or delivery and ask the front desk? Nope not going to happen. Don't expect to get change at the bar either and the staff is rude. Beds are stiff pillows are flimsy. Towels are tough. Oh 250 peso deposit on the TV remote. Expect to hear everything on your floor the doors are weak and there is a small wooden window above the toilet. No alcohol is allowed in the hotel. No microwave or refrigerator. All in all go somewhere else.
