★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an amazing time at Playa Xcanan! This place is quiet and a few steps away from the beach, it really has the setup needed to relax and enjoy the visit. The place is safe, you can take walks at night in the beach (recommended), it doesn't have a restaurant, but there are many restaurants around including the one at the hotel next to it. The breakfast was brought to our room and was delicious! We were encouraged to ask for more if desired. Fabio is an amazing host and makes sure you have everything you need to have a positive experience at his place. I recommend taking cash with you as payments with credit cards are charged with an extra 5%.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stunning cabanas on the beach, surrounded by palm trees and hammocks. Front row view to epic sunset and sunrise.
Fabio (and all staff) provide amazing service and ensure you have everything you need at any time of the day/evening.
Besides the comfy beds, you can sleep on the front porch sunbed and be rocked by the waves. This is the closest to paradise on earth...

The location is stunning. one of the most beautiful parts of the beach. 5min walking distance to amazing restaurants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is very beautiful, the location great with amazing view and access to the ocean. The service is absolutely top quality and cleaning very thorough. Fabio welcomed us and made us feel at ease from day one.
The cherry on top was the masseur!!! By far the best massage I have ever received!!!
Highly recommended!

The rooms are on the beach with a stunning view, the breakfast is served on your terrace. It's like a dream. This hotel is authentic, genuine, it has good values. We LOVED it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here for a week and was blown away by the entire experience. Fabio and staff were incredibly welcoming and extremely friendly. The location, not only in proximity to the beach, is as good as it gets. Its located close to all the best restaurants and bars. If I had a question or needed help with something (clothes washed, etc.), they made sure it happened. Can't wait to stay here again. See you all soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel was the highlight of my stay in Tulum. Location right in the middle of the hotel zone, on the beautiful beach with palm trees and hammocks. They have security at night so nobody from the beach can get on the premises of the hotel. Bungalows are very nice, bed was comfortable, there was warm water, breakfast was really good. There is no restaurant at this hotel at the moment, but there are plenty restaurants nearby (Rosanegra has great food and super fun atmosphere). Fabio is incredibly welcoming and really makes this place special. We had a beachfront room and fall asleep with an open door to the sound of the ocean and wake up just in time for the sunrise. Amazing time, highly recommended place. I would definitely stay there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went back in 11/2020 with my boyfriend and this hotel was an absolute delight! Amazing location it’s right across the street of Arca, walking distance to La Zebra, I scream bar etc. The perfect location and the staff and front desk were marvelous! It’s absolutely beautiful. The hotel wasn’t as populated which made our stay even more special it felt tropical, private and authentic. I can not recommend this place enough, can’t wait to visit again!
