★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia,no hay agua caliente no hay focos instalaciones en mal estado muy viejas y descuidadas el precio es caro y la atención es pésima más por el chiko o chika no se q era q está por las noches la señora hacia lo q podía pero nada recomendable,nos hodpedamos ahí por q todo estaba lleno y ya estábamos demasiado cansados
Very bad experience, there is no hot water, there are no lights, facilities in poor condition, very old and neglected, the price is expensive and the attention is terrible, more because of the boy or girl, I don't know what it was that was there at night, the lady did what she could, but not recommended at all, we stayed there because everything was full and we were already too tired

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Husband and I went there for breakfast. Because we had ate lunch there at it was great. The breakfast however was not. Being from the United States and ordering an omelet thought it would be close to what i was use to. My omelet came out had a watery substains around it cutting into it and taking first bite was not good. Ham was still cold and the cheese was not melted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is for the Restaurant Plaza only. Ordered what was called "filet mignon with potatoes" on the menu. I was serverved overcooked piece of a tough beef with dry french fries. Wife ordered shrimp that was extremely salty and dry. Also, they dilute their red wine with water. I'd recommend everyone looking for good food to avoid this place and opt for something more low key instead. For example, Taqueria la Bienvenida down the street is amazing and waiters there don't have an attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far my favorite place to stay when visiting. The hotel staff is amazing and so friendly. The rooms are cozy with beautiful views looking over the square (be sure to ask for these rooms). AND MY GOODNESS the food! You haven't lived until you've eaten here. Highly recommended! For the price, location, service, food, and great night stay, you cannot go wrong staying here.
