β β β β β This was one of the best places we stayed in Mexico. First the staff is so friendly and helpful. They gave us tips for the city and allowed us to check in early. Second the room we had was spot on! The decor was amazing and the balcony bathtub was a nice touch. You can rent bikes for the entire day so you can get to the beach. Would recommend 100%.

β β β β β Beautiful hotel in easy walking distance to downtown Tulum. Very near some very amazing restaurants!! Complimentary Pancakes and eggs for breakfast were enjoyed every morning! I miss waking up there already!

β β β β β The room and the hotel were really nicely decorated and quite cozy.
The management could be much better though. There was a hot water fault for several hours in one of the nights we stayed and we neither got an apology nor a compensation.
What I liked even less was that during the checkout they didn't let us leave until one member of the staff went to our bedroom to check that everything was in order and we didn't steal any TV or A/C remote. It was the first time I've seen this lack of confidence to the clients in a hotel and what would make not come again.
Last, I'd not pay for the breakfast they offer, it can't be more simple and tasteless.

β β β β β My two friends and I went the last week of December. We each took cash for spending plus our cards. Our trip was suppose to be 9 days. Right off the bat my friend started noticing money missing after the first 3 days, by that time the housekeepers had already cleaned once. We assumed that she had misplaced her cash, even though we only had one of us actually walk around with cash. I initially was hiding my wallet in the room, I got comfortable and left my wallet in my unlocked luggage as the days passed. When I left my wallet in the room, it had 3 $100 bills, when I checked in the morning it had 2. So 100 dollars went missing overnight, and that night I didn't carry any cash with me. My friend also noticed she had more cash missing as well. I spoke to the front desk and the first thing this young man said was "Did you have any of housekeeping in the room?" Literally the first thing out of his mouth when I said money has been going missing from our rooms, he replied with that. I then expressed to him that if the money was returned I wouldn't make a big deal, I just wanted the $200+ returned. The next day another older man was at the front desk, and he refused to give me his name. The manager wouldn't answer us, they wouldn't answer our calls, I tried complaining to the Priceline and they couldn't reach them. So we decided for our safety because now we knew no one's name and we were scared of retaliation for complaining, we left 2 days early from that hotel. It was literally the scariest and concerning moment I have experienced on a trip. When no one will give us their names and just ignore what was happening. 0/10 recommend.

β β β β β This hotel looks cute from the photos, but very misleading. Most uncomfortable hard bed. Shower drain was clogged and hot water lasted only 2 minutes. Old gross towels. I could hear EVERYTHING from my room- the street light that talks to you telling you to wear a mask 24 hrs a day/night as well as the hotel staff setting up for breakfast early in the am and talkign at the front desk, etc. It is also on a street that feels unsafe at night for someone alone to walk back to as it is next to a dirt lot where a group of men were sleeping in the dirt in the dark. When I expressed all of this, the manager just argued with me and I cut my stay 3 nights short and they would not even refund me for one night. Don't go.

β β β β β Great hotel in the city center. It has a swimming pool with jacuzzi (not hot), helpful staff speak excellent English and turn on the jacuzzi at any time on request. You can't swim in the pool - it's narrow.
The rooms are excellent, have a safe, refrigerator, hair dryer.
You can rent bikes for 150 MXN.
Thanks, it was amazing.

β β β β β Weβve stayed here many times since 2013 and love it. Great location off the main street but close to everything in town. Yummy breakfast under the palms is a nice bonus.

β β β β β cool place. the lady at the reception is very kind and helpful, fluent english. the rooms are clean and spacious. the breakfast is modest but enough for a 6β2 adult man.
if you will stay on ground floor you will hear noises from the lobby. the walls are thin. the pool is not for swimming, just decoration. the top community terrace is comfy and chill.
i would come again. if i wouldnt find something cheaper with that standards.
