En primer lugar, nos pusieron en una habitacion llena de humedades (en la que el olor era insoportable, vaya prefiero dormir debajo del grifo) en la que ni funcionaba el agua caliente, ni el baño tenia tapa (te apoyabas directamente sobre la ceramica), ni pestillo, ni la puerta cerraba, ni habia papel higienico, ni habian cambiado las sabanas, estaban sucias. Despues de quejarnos de nuestra situacion en recepcion con una mujer que de respeto entiende poco, y de decirnos que el dinero es imposible que se nos fuera devuelto, conseguimos que hablando con uno y otro nos proporcionaran otra habitación. Ésta al encontrarse en el piso de arriba estaba mas ventilada y olia menos a humedad pero los servicios eran basicamente la misma basura que el anterior. Para rematar, al efectuar nuestra salida a las 8.30 am, le recordamos una vez mas al hombre de la puerta (que nos habia prometido que habria agua caliente desde las 6 de la mañana) que no habia agua caliente y en esta habitacion ni siquiera iba el grifo del lavamanos y nos contesto que si habia tratandonos de mentirosos. En resumen, pagamos 400 pesos por una habitacion sin agua (ni caliente ni fria), sin television, sin papel higiénico, con humedades y con las sabanas sucias, por no hablar del colchon que, antes de volver a dormir ahi prefiero dormir sobre una cama de clavos, y ni siquiera puedes reclamar tu dinero ni los servicios porque los empleados son las personas con menos educacion que me he juntado en México. MENTIROSOS, FALSOS Y TIMADORES. DO NOT NEVER go to this inn. First, they put us in a room full of humidities (in which the smell was unbearable, I prefer to sleep under the tap) in which neither the hot water worked, nor the bathroom had a lid (you leaned directly on the ceramic) , neither latch, nor the door closed, there was no toilet paper, nor had the sheets changed, they were dirty. After complaining about our situation in reception with a woman who respectfully understands little, and telling us that money is impossible to be returned to us, we get that talking to one and another will provide us with another room. This being upstairs was more ventilated and smelled less damp but the services were basically the same garbage as the previous one. To top it off, when we made our departure at 8.30 am, we remind you once again of the man at the door (who had promised us that there would be hot water from 6 in the morning) that there was no hot water and in this room he was not even going the faucet of the sink and we answered that if we were dealing with liars. In summary, we pay 400 pesos for a room without water (neither hot nor cold), without television, without toilet paper, with damp and with dirty sheets, not to mention the mattress that, before going back to sleep there I prefer to sleep on a Bed of nails, and you can't even claim your money or services because the employees are the people with less education than I have met in Mexico. LIES, FALSE AND TIMERS.

Las chicas muy amables pero se notan cansadas. Debiesen tener mejores condiciones laborales. Urgente.
