★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The photos must be VERY old because the hotel is quite unkept. It is quite dirty, the walls appear to have not been painted in years, there was A LOT of mildew on the shower curtain in our room and the breakfast offered really only featured white bread and a mix of banana and papaya fruit. The entrance with "Bienvenidos" as photo depicts is nonexistent - the plants are gone, the walls are peeling, and one does not get a sense of "welcome". We had reservations (already paid for). Because of flight delay we arrived after 9:30pm and we were informed that our room was not ready yet - seriously? DO NOT GO THERE!!!! NOT WORTH ONE CENT!

+ Really close to Tlaquepaque
- Kinda expensive for what the place offers
- Not very clean
- Very poor breakfast
- Really noisy (we had a room next to a busy street. We slept with earplugs and still woke up a couple of times because of loud traffic
- Our bed was really small
