Great location! Nice hotel across the street from the beach. By far the best shower with hot water and great pressure that I've had on any island. I would recommend this place. I would stay here again also

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! Not fair for the the price! Aircon not working, no towels, dirty, TVs don’t receive signal properly. Good location, but it’s not worth going just for that.

The first room had big ants in the Shower and was quite dirty. WiFi was not working because of "windy conditions". Second room smelled moldy and had mold in the shower. Stains on the towels and linen. Postcard dropof not possible. The most expensive hotel on our trip but it desperately! needs maintenance.

We did not stay at the hotel but we booked appointments with the spa and they are wonderful!! We both got hour long massages followed by hair treatments and felt incredible! Carolina and her team are respectful and amazing.

Horrible! Instead of a vacation, we had a nightmare. From the receptionist, a rude guy, does not know what service is. The rooms are dirty, the mattress is old, and uncomfortable. There is no kettle in the room to make coffee in the morning, nor is there anywhere else. Only in the restaurant of course for a fee. There was music played aloud, it was not possible to rest at noon. I asked to speak to the manager, and he too ignored. Just a bad experience. The room cost me 100 US dollars a night, do not recommend anyone to come near!

So the location is fantastic without a doubt. The grounds were a mess (photos) with garbage all over the place. Rooms were adequate, no coffee makers and small. Service left a lot to be desired for sure and what we reserved wasn't what we paid, after loads of arguments about what was quoted online vs what they were charging my card I finally gave up. The only reason I'd come back is the location.

It is what it is. Inexpensive, we go there as a large group so we like it for that. We basically take over. The pool is nice. Services are minimal, don't ask for an extra key and they tend to over book so they will refer you to another hotel. The staff is typically friendly. Best location is my opinion.

The best thing about this hotel is the location, it is right across the street from the beach. You can walk every where on the the north end. However, if you want to see the rest of the island you will need to rent a golf cart. As for the hotel itself, it is an older property and a little run down. Unless you book a suite , you will not have a coffee pot. The restaurant doesn’t open for breakfast until 10 am. And there was no free breakfast as stated. The worst thing was there were only 2 bath towels in the room. I tracked down a housekeeper & she gave us 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth. When I went to the front desk and asked for more I was told that they only give 1 washcloth per room! No matter how many people are in the room. So if you book this hotel, bring your own washcloths & hand towels.
