★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mean lady that wants to over change for everything. The use of fridge. Sometimes even paper and water. The overcharge for the rooms with AC. Rooms are small. Need work and paint. Some outlets don't work. Beds are definitely not that comfortable. Better places to stay. Location is decent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a nice, clean, comfortable budget place. What more can you ask for the price. The staff are nice and helpful too. I’ll give it 5 stars if is a bit more quiet but then again it’s Cozumel on a Saturday night of course they will be some noice. Bring your earplugs if you sleep early otherwise it’s a perfect place and location. I leave my bag there for a tour and by 2 pm I’ll come and I’m sure it will still be there.

+ nice and helpful staff and price, clean rooms
-really loud place, there was a group of Mex which were drinking everyday and party till late hours. All cigarettes smoke were coming to our room, we couldn't open a window. No one from staff reacted. We wanted stay longer but just because of that we changed a hotel.
-fan really loud and bad condition
-poor wifi
