La joven de la recepción súper amable y atenta. El lugar es bueno. Cuartos pequeños y con lo básico de servicios.

Kleine aber feine Unterkunft. Ich habe ca. 900 Pesos pro Nacht bezahlt. Die Unterkunft ist nicht weit vom Zentrum entfernt. Ideal um auch Abends zu was trinken zu gehen. An sich ist es schon ruhig. Wenn der Wind jedoch ungünstig steht kann man schon mal die Musikgeräusche oder feiernde Jugendliche bzw Junggebliebene hören - oder das Hostel in der Nähe. - fande es aber nicht übertrieben. (Wer jedoch komplett seine Ruhe sucht ist auf der Insel wahrscheinlich generell verkehrt) Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zimmer sind sehr sauber und werden jeden Tag gereinigt. Ich konnte problemlos zweimal hintereinander für einen Tag verlängern.

El personal muy amable, a la habitación le falta tener nevera, y que la cama fuera más grande para ser perfecto! Cerca de la playa, tiene aire acondicionado y ventilador.

Nice place. Comfy rooms and beds. You do get some noise from nearby places so be aware to lose some sleep here and there. Mostly it was fine

The rooms are very basic but clean. The walls are very thin and the music outside is very loud Whiteout earplugs is sleeping impossible. The personal is easy going but not responsible. So if you leave early in the morning, be sure, there is no one at the reception bevor 9.00 am.

More of a budget option for Isla Holbox so you expect to get essentials: small wooden open wardrobe for some clothe hanging, desk, chair, bed, shower that runs hot water, mosquito protectors on the window, beach towels on request etc. The toilet was a bit close to the wall so you have to find a way to sit that works but given the price, this was manageable for me a my gf. Location is great - you are a few steps away for Holbox beach and right in the good part of the centre and right around the corner from the good places for coffee and breakfast. The location is a little busy around, so you can overhear live music nearby but that didn't stop us from sleeping. The walls are fairly thin though, so you may hear noisy neighbours. The room was cleaned everyday which was good as you will find you cant help but bring sand and some mud in and all staff are helpful.

Brilliant stay! I ended up extending and staying for over 2 weeks. Really spacious rooms with great AC and wifi. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly, kindly allowing us to have an extra mattress on the floor for a few days for a friend. Great location, super close to everything but still pretty quiet at night. I would definitely return! Only feedback is that is needs a full length mirror in the room :)
