★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely wonderful!! They made us feel so important and well cared for! In 3 months of traveling in Mexico, it was the place that made us feel the most valued. The garden is gorgeous and incorporates actual ruins. It’s so quiet and peaceful that you completely forget you’re in town. Pool is large, clean and the perfect temperature. The food on the menu is amazing- loved the shrimp in salsa de coconut. It has a great location for visiting the ruins early. Rooms were much more affordable than we expected for how upscale the place is. This is without a doubt, the best place to stay in Piste/ Chichen Itzá !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alejándro treated us so unbelievably kind, and was so helpful, the rest of the staff was amazing as well. The pool was beautiful, the hotel was gorgeous, and the food was amazing. Highly recommend.

It was just what we needed after 3 plus hours at Chichen Itza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great time. The staff was really friendly en the room nice, clean and relatively big. The only thing I did not quite like was the sitze of the breakfast. There was not much to chose from at the buffet. Sadly we did not get to spend time at the pool but it looked nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful staff, clean, safe, and quiet hotel stay. 3 minutes from Chichén Itzá and 6 minutes from Ceynote Ik-Kil by car. The restaurant was also excellent featuring Yucatan food and very knowledgeable Mayan servers. I would stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved it there ! We stayed somewhere else but came everyday for their food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and it is really good ! The staff is nice, and they even allowed us to use the pool ! They deserve all the stars !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The whole hotel is amazing! Very beautiful rooms, everything is clean and the whole hotel complex with the pool is awesome. The location is perfect, you can walk in 15 min to chichen itza and the whole staff is guiding you very lovely. The Restaurant is delicious and super cheap cocktails to have a nice pool day ?? I fully recommend Hotel Puerta Chichen!
