★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hay estacionamiento tienes que dejar tu carro afuera, no hay internet si se va la luz no hay agua caliente y no más te respondé pus no hay luz y no puedo hacer nada.
There is no parking, you have to leave your car outside, there is no internet, if the power goes out, there is no hot water, and I just answer you because there is no light and I can't do anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel, limpio, buenas camas pero en temporada alta ni descansas bien hay niños y adultos en la alberca hasta la madrugada con un ruidazo.
Hotel, clean, good beds but in high season you don't even rest well there are children and adults in the pool until dawn with a loud noise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio: muy caro para lo que ofrecen. No había agua caliente para bañarse, se iba el agua en la regadera, la alberca con agua muy fría. La alberca de arriba del hotel sin funcionar. Espacio insuficiente para los autos de los huéspedes. No restaurante. Muy decepcionada.
Terrible service: very expensive for what they offer. There was no hot water to bathe, the water was gone in the shower, the pool with very cold water. The pool above the hotel not working. Insufficient space for guest cars. Not restaurant. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar sucio, las colchas no están lavadas, en los pasillos los 2 días que nos hospedamos no los limpiaron.
El estacionamiento pequeño y te molestan por las noches o en la mañana para mover tu auto.
The dirty place, the bedspreads are not washed, in the corridors the 2 days we stayed they were not cleaned.
Small parking lot and they bother you at night or in the morning to move your car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean room, pool, secure gated parking, 24 hr reception. There are several food options within walking distance. Gas station next door is open 24 hours.
The 3 star rating because my tv did not work and most importantly the toilet would not flush! I mentioned to reception and was told that I could use the restroom at reception. Quite an inconvenience!
Other than that, I would have given this location all 5 stars!
