★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lovely relaxed hotel with a beautiful nature garden and relaxing pool. Perfect base to explore the Akumal, playa and Tulum surrounds. Great for families. On site restaurant serves nice pasta dishes and good margaritas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very nice restaurant with great food in the northern part of Akumal. It is Italian themed but some of the dishes have a Mexican flare to them. The Viva Mexico pasta dish is excellent and has a nice bite without being spicy. The service is also very good and attentive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service at the restaurant, fresh spinach salad, homemade pasta linguine with chicken that reminded me of grandma Gerry's chicken noodle soup: comfort food. Plenty for 2 with leftovers, excellent wine by the glass for an affordable dinner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Affordable place to stay in the area. Nice garden like setting with a pool. Would be nice if they didn't charge to rent bikes. Rooms are spacious but the one we stayed had a bit of an odd layout and a very "open" bathroom.

Stayed here for 1 week with 2 small kids and loved every minute. Chill out environment great food and amazing staff.
We took the Terrace suit and it was spacious clean and comfortable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is awesome! If you want a break of the Mexican food, this is probably the best pasta restaurant in the area. Fresh pasta and tasty sauce is a great combo. Breakfast are also very good.
The rooms were great and clean. Very helpful service. We had a great time!

The staff is friendly, quick to serve, and relaxed to let you enjoy the evening. Portions are generous. Cash only. You should eat here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very reasonably priced. The employees are extremely helpful and kind. The rooms are quite and spacious. They offer a bike rental so it is very easy to reach the main beach, which is just a 15min ride away. The hotel is located just a walk away from the lagoon. If you want to escape the crowd from the main beach this hotel is perfect for you.
