★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cost are a little expensive, but, the service and attention are very great, the rooms are very beautiful and the Internet have a good signal, a lot of services and a Supermarket near, great opción for a one nigth on the center of Playa del Carmen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did a reservation a week ago for my next vacation and since then I’m trying to contact them by email to ask them some crucial questions about my reservation and they haven’t responded for 7 days , tried to reach them a lot of times by phone and there’s Someone answering who don’t speak English!!!
How come there’s no one speaking English in the reception and how come you are not answering your customers in any possible way for 7 days!! That’s irresponsible and completely disrespectful , what would happen if I have an issue on my way getting to the hotel when I come there and I cannot reach you ? Should I sleep in the streets then??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived in this place for about two months and after this long time it felt really hard to say goodbye to all the friendly people working there. The hotel is clean, comfortable and located in a bit more quiet place but still close to everything.
I had a great time there and the place almost felt like a home to me! Thank you for the good stay!!

Negative: small room, noisy day and night, hot water ran out, smelly bathroom, poor cleaning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really pleasant experience starting with the super friendly front desk staff, housekeeping and location. It’s located off the main road so you don’t get the noise. 1 min walk to city centre and 10 mins walk to 5th Avenue and maybe 15 mins walk to the beach. Amazing experience.
We had housekeeping done every day.
