Hotel Real Plaza - 78250 San Luis

Good place to stay. They are helpful at the front desk and if you want room service, they are very fast. The water is always hot, but be careful because it is very very hot. The beds are very firm, which could be good or bad depending on your preferences. The bar is pretty nice, especially when they bring in musicians to play.

A nice upscale hotel with nice rooms and plenty of amenities. 2 complaints though: 1. There are new elevators but only one seems to work, at least from what I experienced, my roommate said she saw them both working, but regardless they have a limit of about 7 people, it doesn't move after reaching the limit. This is a major problem, the wait time can be very unpleasant. I ended up using the stairs more often than not. Footnote: 3. The music in the hallways seemed a bit too loud for my liking, but maybe I'm just neat picking. Other than that the hotel is very nice, the rooms were clean and the breakfast buffet was very nice. On a final note, on my only and final night I ended up finding an English channel on TV, it was broadcasting the movie "Anaconda 4" which was so bad it ended up being one of the funniest movies I've ever seen. 5/5 for the movie, 4/5 for the hotel.

Very nice warm pool, if you ever wondered how the flintstones felt when the slept on thier rock bed than definitely book a room at real plaza! Ya ba dabba do, pillows are rocks also. Nice staff and resturant on premises is tasty as well!

As I sit in my room at 12:30am, Sun, 7/18, we -- all the hotel guests -- are being bombarded by over-amplified music, yelling, and shouting from a party (reception?) booked BY THE HOTEL (?!!) in the 14th Floor space. What?? You inconvenience 12 floors of paying guests to schedule an out-of-control PARTY? Add the extra-loud lounge music -- amplified in a small space so it reaches lower floors until 2am Friday and Saturday nights -- and a recent after-hours bar a block away which can be heard for a 1/2 mile (I do not exaggerate) to get very little sleep. I've come here regularly for the past three years. No longer. A once-decent hotel has turned into a nightmare of night-time noise.

Totally recommend this hotel. Great view. Food at the restaurant was off the hook...delicious ? and inexpensive.

I like this hotel a lot, everything is perfect, if you want to take some on a date to the downtown and spend the night there this is the perfect place.

Comfortable bed, professional staff. Ample secure parking. Great location. Restaurant has a wonderful breakfast for about $200.mx

PRESIDENTIAL suite is huge! Huge king and double queen beds rooms, closets, showers on each of its rooms and walkways. The common areas are very large as well as the furniture in it. Although it doesn't have a kitchen or pantry with dishes to serve food, it does have a medium size refrigerator and a microwave. Staff very friendly and accommodate your needs to a fair extent. I have stayed on rooms that have become a nuance due to plumbing or electrical noise. I just say this for those who travel with hypersensitive kids with enhanced hearing. This could mean the difference between sleeping or not. Other than that, I really have no complaints. I do recommend staying at this hotel. Food is great! Location is good. Staff is awesome!
