j	julio garcia flota on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bien, todo muy limpio y agradable, el hotel muy bonito, el único pero que le pondría es que el agua de la regadera sale muy poco debido a que está tapado debido al sarro. Pero de lo demás excelente. Y muy bonitas vistas. Very good, everything very clean and pleasant, the hotel very nice, the only thing I would say is that the water in the shower comes out very little because it is covered due to tartar. But otherwise excellent. And very nice views.
L	Laios (Laios) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrivé dans cet hôtel excentré de la ville en pleine journée. Grand hôtel dans un hangar avec plusieurs chambres en dur. Grand soleil parfait pour profiter de la piscine qui est sale avec des mégots de cigarettes dedans. Le restaurant est ferménous devons aller en ville pour manger. La chambre est propre en apparence mais apres un rapide tour on voit que les douches et les toilettes ne sont pas propre , la crasse de la tête de douche empêche la pression dans la douche. Le wifi ne cesse de couper, le soir l'endroit est très bruyant mais pas autant que la climatisation qui fait un bruit de moteur. Arrived at this hotel out of town in the middle of the day. Large hotel in a shed with several permanent rooms. Great sun perfect for enjoying the pool which is dirty with cigarette butts in it. The restaurant is closed we have to go into town to eat. The room is clean in appearance but after a quick tour we see that the showers and toilets are not clean, the dirt of the shower head prevents the pressure in the shower. The wifi keeps cutting, in the evening the place is very noisy but not as much as the air conditioning which makes engine noise.

Para el desayuno solo hay huevo en 3 modalidades y con un precio un poco excesivo. El servicio es bueno y la entrada se ve muy linda en la noche. Nice place to spend the night. The rooms are clean. The only drawback is that it takes a long time for the hot water to come out in the bathtub. For breakfast there is only egg in 3 modalities and with a slightly excessive price. The service is good and the entrance looks very nice at night.

A	A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall a great place that exceeded our expectations, as we just needed an overnight place while going to Palenque. Rooms are clean and very nice. The bed and pillows are actually pretty comfortable (not rock hard, as is otherwise common). Very nice pool area. This should render the establishment 5 stars, but... The staff doesn't speak English and that's usually not a problem, as we know a few words of Spanish and can understand quite a bit if they speak slowly. However, the waitress just walked off, when she realized we don't understand Spanish very well. She just said "no English", disappeared into the kitchen and was never to be seen again. We first thought she was bringing a menu or help, but nothing happened and we left for a restaurant in town (where our lacking Spanish skills and their limited English didn't stop us from getting great food and coffee).
