Las habitaciones son cómodas, su estilo rustico las hace acogedoras. Esta bien ubicado, casi en esquina de la plaza chica. Un punto negativo es el wifi, es pésimo, casi no hay señal.

Hotel très bien situé en plein centre de Patzcuaro. Personnel agréable et acceuillant. Cepandant il affiche parking inclus ce qui est vrai mais il est à 5min à pied, pas très dérangeant mais bon à savoir si on arrive avec beaucoup de bagage pour s'organiser au mieux. Je ne mettrai pas 5 étoiles car le prix est un peu trop élevé pour ce type d'hôtel dans cette ville.

I love to stay there, it is very comfortable and in an excellent location. Super friendly and great with accommodating to customers specific needs.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and well located near the city center but on a quieter street. Around the corner there is a street filled with food and other goods. The beds were comfortable but one of them had some plastic under the sheets that made sound every time you moved. The toilet & shower were big and clean, and there was a hairdryer. The password to Wi-fi was written on a card in the room, which is practical, and the internet worked decently. The room was cold and had no heating (it was August and raining), but apparently this is a custom in there so make sure you bring enough warm clothes with you. The rooms have practically no sound proofing, so you can hear the music from hallway and the phone ringing in the reception (if your room is near the stairs). Due to this reason, I wouldn't stay on the street side. The regular rooms with 2 double beds seemed to be all on the other side, though. All in all, good value for money for one night's stay.

Unfortunate, very uncomfortable beds. No help with luggage to second floor, slow Internet, barely hot water. Otherwise, the rooms are clean & pleasant looking, the location is quite good

The staff super friendly and very accommodating. Only complaints would be bathroom door didn't close and the WiFi was very sporadic. The majority of the time my phone would not connect properly. Parking is not at the hotel but is included and they explained very easily how to get there and back. I would stay again.
