Hotel Regis - 24000 Campeche

Me encanta quedarme en este hotel, es la segunda vez que lo hago y siempre están atentos a tus necesidades. Está limpio y la ubicación es inmejorable, todo cerca en el centro histórico. El único inconveniente que tuvimos durante esta segunda estancia, fue que la luz se fue en varias ocasiones por lluvia, nos quedamos sin Internet y era muy necesaria por trabajo. Pero lo mejor es que la gente del hotel siempre buscaba soluciones

Muy limpio, las habitaciones con todo lo necesario , a/c , abanico, refrigerador, la atención excelente y muy bien ubicado cerca de todo

Todo muy bien solo que hace falta agua caliente, se les tiene que marcar para estarles comentando que no hay agua

Excelente ubicación, precio accesible, personal muy amable, limpio, tranquilo y bonito.

El espacio muy limpio, las habitaciones tienen buen tamaño, el personal en general fue muy amable. Por la noche en recepción se encontraba un señor que se portó muy buena onda y nos dio recomendaciones de lugares para comer y para visitar.

Wasnt staying in hotel, but had lunch in restautant "7 murallas". Nice ambiance, clean place, fast and attentive service, may be because we were the only table at that time?. Not rich menu, but diverse, so for sure you can choose something to eat ( im not a lover of mexican cuisine, so salad was perfect choice). Not outstanding taste of dishes, but its ok. And well, was comments that some dishes portions could be bigger ( "pan de cazon" for example).

I really enjoyed my stay in Hotel Regis. Excellent location, in the heart of the historical center and just a few minutes walk to the Malecon. Beautiful old building with well-designed, clean, spacious rooms with ample closet space, a mini-fridge, air-con and a phone to ring up the front desk (also, free drinking water and sometimes coffee in the lobby). My room had a balcony, which was fabulous. It's an old colonial building (with a water well in the middle of it!), so it's bound to have some charming quirks. Like, it was funny that, every time I wanted to use the bathroom/tap/shower, I had to call the front desk and request that they turn the water on (otherwise, the water stays shut off), but, it wasn't a bother at all, as they complied instantly every time. As a budget, solo traveler, I'm not looking for "luxury", I'm looking for a clean, comfortable, safe and, with any luck, picturesque accommodation -- and this place checked off all those points. 10/10 would stay there again.
