El administrador hace lo que puede pero definitivamente el hotel necesita un mantenimiento mayor, las fotos promocionales no tienen nada que ver con la realidad del hotel, con todo respeto.
People who have not stayed at this hotel or who for their own interests give a high rating should have a bit of ethics. The manager does what he can but definitely the hotel needs more maintenance, the promotional photos have nothing to do with the reality of the hotel, with all due respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar , acogedor y con el ambiente de patzcuaro. Habitaciones con mucho espacio para toda la familia, el único detalle fue el colchon que me toco un tanto viejo.
El dueño muy amable y atento todo el tiempo.
Ampliamente recomendado
Excellent place, cozy and with the atmosphere of patzcuaro. Rooms with lots of space for the whole family, the only detail was the mattress that touched me somewhat old.
The owner very friendly and attentive all the time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar muy limpio, cálido y muy acogedor. Las atenciones de sus propietarios te harán sentir en casa. El lugar es pintoresco y queda muy cerca de los embarcaderos para Janitzio. En temporada alta o puentes está completamente lleno. En temporada baja la habitación para 4 está en 750. Tiene wifi, tv, calentador solar y de gas. Aceptan mascotas. Es seguro.
A very clean, warm and very cozy place. The attention of its owners will make you feel at home. The place is picturesque and is very close to the piers for Janitzio. In high season or bridges it is completely full. In low season the room for 4 is in 750. It has wifi, tv, solar and gas heater. They accept pets. It is safe.

Precios exagerados con relación calidad/precio.
Cero limpieza en ropa de cama, telarañas, e insectos desagradables.
Colchones horribles e incómodos.
Televisor muy viejo y no funciona correctamente.
Humedad por todos lados, en el techo del baño justo abajo del retrete hay goteras.

Horrible and uncomfortable mattresses.

Moisture everywhere, the bathroom ceiling just below the toilet leaks.
