★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención, me quedé dos días las habitaciones muy amplias y limpias,camas y almohadas muy confortables,si lo recomendaría,el centro está cerca varios lugares para pasear y comer?
 Excellent service, I stayed two days, the rooms were very spacious and clean, very comfortable beds and pillows, I would recommend it, the center is close to several places to walk and eat?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llame con casi dos meses de anticipación para realizar mi reserva y el día que acudí resulta que la habitación era en 3 piso, mi madre de la 3 edad y con problemas de movilidad obvio no podía subir las escaleras, y solo comentaron ¡hay una disculpa! ¿ cuando llamo no le preguntaron si necesitaba planta baja? A lo cual fue obvio que no, una de las recepcionistas grosera y sin importarle comentó ¡ pues ni modo, no hay habitaciones del precio que reservo abajo! Solo en 3 piso. A lo cual tuve que andar buscando en todo Autlan algún hotel que tuviera disponibilidad en planta baja y contará con aire.
I called almost two months in advance to make my reservation and the day I went it turns out that the room was on the 3rd floor, my mother of 3 years old and with obvious mobility problems could not climb the stairs, and they only commented, there is an apology ! When you called you were not asked if you needed a ground floor? To which it was obvious that no, one of the rude receptionists and without caring commented, well, no way, there are no rooms for the price I reserve below! Only on 3rd floor. To which I had to search throughout Autlan for a hotel that had availability on the ground floor and would have air conditioning.
