Dr. Eduardo Javier Velasco Sanchez
Nací en la Ciudad de Guadalajara, Jalisco, y fue ahí donde cursé la carrera de medicina en la Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara.
Durante este tiempo empezó mi pasión por la salud de los niños y fue que decidí dedicarme a la pediatría.
Tuve la oportunidad de hacer mi residencia de pediatría en el Hospital Infantil Privado en la Cd. De Mexico y después especializarme en medicina crítica del paciente pediátrico críticamente enfermo en Tulane Medical Hospital de New Orleans, LA, USA.
Mi vida profesional la he dedicado a la medicina privada donde disfruto compartir cada día con mis pacientes y aprender muchas cosas de ellos y de mis colegas.
Colaboro con la American Heart Association (AHA) como voluntario en los programas pediátricos de atención cardoivascular de emergencia desde hace 30 años, así como con la American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP). Apoyamos las actividades de la Fundación Salvando Latidos y la ONG Hogares de la Caridad en la atención de niños abandonados.
Estas actividades me han otorgado reconocimientos como el reconocimiento “Martha Buschore-Fallis” AAP, del Texas Children´s Hospital, de Baylor College of Medicine, Asociacion de emergencias 911 de Barcelona, España y otras instituciones nacionales e internacionales.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tiene espacio suficiente de estacionamiento, permiten estacionar autos sobre la banqueta y es casi imposible circular hacia la entrada llevando una carriola cuando se supone que es un centro pediatrico y esto será muy común, una vez adentro la sala de espera d ella consultorios del segundo piso está sofocada, necesité agua para tomar y se me informó que NO HAY así es, deben de ser como 10 consultorios pediatricos, cada doctor cobra por paciente entre 500-1000 pesos y NO TIENEN UN GARRAFÓN A DISPOSICIÓN DE LOS PACIENTES QUE SIN NIÑOS cuando le pedí a la secretaria el agua y me la negó le dije que ellas donde tomaban agua entonces "la traemos de casa" esa fue su respuesta y que si quería yo agua o fuera a comprarla o entrara al laboratorio de abajo a pedir, porque ahí sí tenían garrafón. Es un Centro pediatrico que no piensa mucho en las necesidades de sus pacientes mientras esperan la consulta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención desde las recepcionistas con pésima actitud hasta la pediatra María Fernanda Gómez, aún con cita nos mantuvo esperando más de una hora. Lastimo a mi bebé recién nacido, hizo procedimientos innecesarios y se molestó porque el bebé hizo sus necesidades en su consultorio cuando lo tenía sin nada de ropa y era obvio que era algo que podría pasar, parece que jamás hubiese tratado con bebés recién nacidos. No nos explico bien las cosas y cuestionaba de muy mala forma lo que le mencionábamos respecto a la lactancia, pagamos $650 por una consulta de aproximadamente 25 minutos en la que solo se nos cuestionó, juzgo y trato mal a nuestro bebé. No asistan con esa pediatra, cero recomendada, hablé con más conocidas que asistieron también con ella a consulta y me comentaron que de igual manera tuvo actitudes groseras y despotas hacia ellas y sus niños.
