★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para el hotel que es esta caro otros tenían un costo de 500 pesos y estaban en mejor condiciones las habitaciones son muy húmedas no tienen agua caliente si requiere del agua caliente tienes que avisar en recepción que te vas a bañar para que pongan el agua caliente como comprenderán tarde más de 40min.que me pusieran el agua y 5 min.en lo que la quitaron me quedé en jabonada y el agua estaba helada por suerte me tocó la habitación abajo y le grite al de la recepción que pusieran el agua caliente por lo que no se los recomiendo es feo bañarse con agua fría más con un clima lluvioso
 For the hotel that is this expensive others had a cost of 500 pesos and were in better condition the rooms are very humid they do not have hot water if you require hot water you have to notify the reception that you are going to take a bath to put the hot water as They will understand more than 40min late that they put me the water and 5 min. in what they took away I stayed in soap and the water was freezing luckily I touched the room downstairs and yelled at the reception to put the hot water so I do not recommend it, it is ugly to bathe in cold water more with a rainy climate

El hotel llamó el mismo día a cancelarme porque “estaban en mantenimiento” dejándome sin alternativa de hospedarme en fechas súper difíciles. Tampoco hicieron nada para reubicarme en otro. Encima me enviaron un mail donde decía que hubo “no show” de mi parte y me hicieron un cargo de todas las noches como si la culpa fuera mía.
Pésimo servicio, pésima atención, pésima consideración. Nunca volveré a considerar ningún hotel de esta cadena.
I put 1 star because it is the least I can put. The hotel called the same day to cancel me because "they were under maintenance" leaving me with no alternative to staying on super difficult dates. They also did nothing to relocate me to another. On top of that they sent me an email saying that there was a "no show" on my part and they charged me every night as if it were my fault.
Terrible service, terrible attention, terrible consideration. I will never consider any hotel in this chain again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trato muy amable, la habitación es cuenta con lo básico y el precio realmente acorde, muy cerca del centro de patzcuaro, realmente lo recomiendo el trato del personal muy cálido tambien.
Very friendly treatment, the room has the basics and the price is really consistent, very close to the center of Patzcuaro, I really recommend the treatment of the very warm staff as well.

Es un hotel modesto, pero el costo beneficio es muy justo.
Está limpio, las habitaciones son pequeñas, no hay ruido así puedes descansar bien.
Es pequeño, la atención es buena.
Está a solo dos cuadras de una de las plazas más concluidas, buena ubicación.
