Excelente servicio, muy limpio y muy bien ubicado.

Actualizando: Hoy, una semana despues del incidente, el dueño Miguel (o encargado no se poruqe la licencia de funcionamiento dice que el nombre del contriubuyente es Yolanda y ella no me responde ningun mendaje) me ha dicho que no me enviará ningun video de seguridad como me lo habia prometido en todos estos dias. Al no entregarme el video despues de tandas promesas, no me queda de otra que pensar que hay elgo en esos videos que les perjudica. Quedo a la espera de videos de seguridad que me prometieron porque lamentablemente, mi computadora fue robada. No culpo al hotel pero se me hace muy dificil confiar en ellos cuando me dicen que me ayudaran con videos de prueba y hasta la fecha (5 dias despues) no me mandan los videos prometidos. Segun ellos porque fui con la policia (cosa que no seria fuera de lo normal en mi pais porque todo se hace de manera oficial en especial porque necesito esa constancia para mi seguro) ya no me quieren entregar nada. Lo que si puedo decir es que los que trabajan ahi, Armando y Vicente fueron muy atentos conmigo. Los dueños Yolanda y Miguel son los que no han cumplido con lo que dijeron que harian. Update: Today, one week after the incident the owner Miguel (or the person in charge, I'm really not sure since the person named on their license is Yolanda and she has not responded to any correspondence) has said that he will not be sending me the security footage that he had promised on 3 different occasions. To me, it would make the most sense that if they have nothing to hide, they would want to send the footage which leaves me no choice but to believe they are hiding something. Still waiting on video surveillance from this hotel for my stolen computer. When I went in person they asked me to trust them in getting me the video surveillance. It's been 5 days and to date I haven't received anything. When I reached out they claimed that because I showed up with the police, they now refuse to send me the video. I had explained that I called the police because I needed some for of official report for insurance purposes but it seems pretty convenient that they waited until they knew I was gone to then find an excuse not to send me the video. What I can say is that the front desk guys, Armando and Vicente were great. It's the owners or managers, (I don't know which they are at this point) Miguel and Yolanda, are the ones who are not following through with what they had promised to provide which is the video surveillance. At the end of the day that's what would prove who took the computer so it seems a bit odd that they wouldn't want to provide that.

Muy tranquilo y el aire funciona muy bien. El único detalle fue el baño, el agua de la regadera se acumulaba hasta el wc ?
