Was told I was going to have an opportunity to talk to a manager and never did so I am leaving this public comment in hopes management will see and to warn everyone else from this place, in a week stay we had water leaking from our ceiling and our Air conditioning go out 3 times. Hot tub on the balcony didn't work which I guess is the same for every room since I heard multiple clients complaining about the same thing. One night they moved us to another room the other night they moved us to a room that the A/C was also out so we just went back to our room. When we went back to our other room we found out that they were trying to rent out the same room without A/C which tells me they do not care about customer satisfaction. No hot water late at night im guessing because they have the boiler on a timer which on the last day at 7am we woke up earlier than normal and I was forced to take a cold shower. After day 2 we stopped eating in the restaurant due to multiple dishes coming out cold and then them just reheating the same dish which wouldn't have been a big deal but the location is 20mins taxi from the town with restaurants.

Room was amazing, huge and in good condition. This is a boutique, intimate place. Very quiet. . All rooms face the water and have a balcony. Been a hard review to write, loved the room, the wait staff was wonderful but there were a few things that made it so we would not return. It's all inclusive but the menu was limited and was the same menu every day and after 4 days there wasn't much more to try. Our room was left open by housekeeping, when we returned from our day out, our room door was open. Although nothing is missing, that wasn't awesome. We had trouble with the Wi-Fi for none for several days and the only communication is through WhatsApp and the response time varied greatly, some questions weren't answered. After we checked out we actually got a welcome message from the concierge explaining some of the things they had going on. It was only a week late... No gym, no activities the pool is nice but the hot tubs are not heated which is fine but u would use them in the evening and they were too cold. The balcony pool was refreshing after a hot day. It is quite far from the road, we walked out everyday and caught the Colectivo which is cheap and easy. If you want activity, a beach, food variety etc this place is not for you. If you want a quiet place to relax for a week, don't mind paying for a taxi or walking out, then you should love it!

One advise do not go there. The food is not good, the rooms smells are not clean and old. The resort need some renovations and a chef ! I do not recommend to go there. The ocean view and the staff aren’t enough to make you want to go.

We booked all inclusive thinking will have different menu each day but surprisingly it's the same menu very day. After two days you will be bored. The drinks are not even avg they have diluted every drink. The margaritas are joke ? instead you can order lime order. if you want to get tipsy you should drink at least 15 of them. Staff and maintenance is good.

10 years ago this place must have been amazing. Unfortunately, since then there has obviously been zero maintenance done, zero upgrades, and only the most basic cleaning. Decent pool but no beach. Busted out lounge chairs on balcony. AC? Useless. Ceiling fan? Useless. Personal plunge pool? Low on water and filtration never comes on. Furniture? Dated and stained. Floor? Same but worse. Snack bar was good but closes at 5. Restaurant is mediocre at best with few choices and small portions of everything. Staff tries hard but are clearly overworked. I rented the king suite for discounted price of $380/night (regular $850/night!). Even with all inclusive, $380 is way too much. Stayed at $80/night hotels this same vacation that were just as nice with better amenities. Was trying to end this vacation on a high note. Huge disappointment.

My husband and I stayed at this resort over the memorial weekend. I’m giving this resort a 3 and that’s mainly because the service was great. For what she was able to do Lupita made sure the room was cleaned with fresh towel and sheets. It was difficult to sleep in the bed as the sheets felt damp but I’m not sure if the resort can do anything about that? Maybe humidifiers? Herman, Rufino and Ruby gave us great service during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food options are not great there’s a restaurant on the top floor that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner and the pool snack bar closes around 5pm I believe. The mixed drinks are diluted so make sure you order an extra shot. The resort doesn’t off anything extra pertaining to entertainment. It’s actually rather boring if you stay at the resort, unless you want the quiet time to read a book or something. The rooms are big but need major updates, the furniture had several stains or chips, paint chipping on walls, and our plunge pool didn’t even look clean. Covid test at this resort is $75 usd per person but the airport charges $15 usd for the same test. The resort charges $150usd round trip to and from the airport, meanwhile Cancun shuttle charged us $70usd round trip. Our second day at the resort we asked for some tour/excursion info. The resort prices were so much higher than what we found on our own. The resort actually offers a free tour to playa del Carmen but we were never told that from them. Instead, we were told by another couple. I feel like I’m all over the place, to sum it up. If you like the quiet, not many people, no entertainment, in a big but outdated room this hotel is good for with. Again the service from the dinning and room service was great.

This place is great!! The hotel practically site in the ocean because of how beachfront it is! My wife and I just celebrated our 3rd anniversary here and hope to return one day! The staff was friendly, the food was amazing, and the quiet atmosphere really helped us to unwind.

We booked an all inclusive trip for 7 nights. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Food and beverage were good, but there was a fairly small selection of food. The room was very loud, but its not that we had loud neighbors. There was a water hammering sound that would pound the water pipes every 15 seconds or so. I was able to hear people showers and faucets very easily over the soothing sound of the ocean. I woke up early one morning to the sound of billiard balls knocking on a pool table. Our room was first floor far south end of the building. There was a pool table on the first floor far north end. The pool was not filtered sufficiently, lots of small particle debris, skin flakes etc. We left after two nights; we would rather spend the rest of our time off work at home. I would recommend this resort to someone not interested in swimming who is a quick and heavy sleeper. Our booking service has not been able to reach the resort to discuss a partial reimbursement.
