Definitivamente lo que me desagradó es que la alberca estaba fría y nos habían dicho que era templada a 28° ... Lo bueno del hotel es su cercanía al centro y la habitación fue acogedora y bonita,las camas cómodas Maybe it was bad luck, but they were fixing streets in Tequisquiapan and access to the hotel was very difficult for us. E	Edward on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta bien en general, las habitaciones limpias, las camas son cómodas y el agua de la regadera bien, la alberca si tiene agua caliente, el personal es servicial y son amables, buen lugar para estar con la familia, ponen buena música en la alberca. 2 cosas a mejorar, el cambio de agua de la alberca (o limpieza), ya que fui en semana de pascua y se veía algo turbia supongo porque no hay ya mucha gente. La otra es mejorar la comida en el desayuno ya que por el mismo precio (o menos) se come más rico en los restaurantes y cafeterías del centro de Tequis. Tampoco dan pan de dulce XD. It is good in general, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and the water in the shower is fine, the pool does have hot water, the staff is helpful and friendly, a good place to be with the family, they play good music in the pool . 2 things to improve, the change of water in the pool (or cleaning), since I went during Easter week and it looked a bit cloudy I suppose because there are not many people. The other is to improve the food at breakfast since for the same price (or less) you can eat better in the restaurants and cafeterias in the center of Tequis. They don't give sweet bread either XD.

Les falta más limpieza en las habitaciones. La gente muy amable, pero si le falta cuidar más los detalles al Hotel. The design of the hotel is beautiful, but the pool lacks maintenance, the water looks very dirty, there is no service of medium or hand towels in the room. They need more cleaning in the rooms. Very friendly people, but if the Hotel needs to take more care of the details.

They claimed the heater was on and it would be hot in an hour and a half. 6 hours later it wasn't any warmer than it was when we arrived. The wifi is basically useless. They give you 3 codes for 3 different access points. Only 2 were visable and very weak no matter where you were inside our out. They would connect for 2 or 3 min then disconnect.
