★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel solimar is centrally located, so shopping and site seeing are easy. The owner Edison is a wonderful caring and helpful man who drove us to buy some essentail medical supplies. For friendliness this hotel cannot be beat. However, the hotel itself is in need of a facelift.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a wonderful time visiting last year. Family owned hotel, who are super friendly and helpful. Rooms were large, with all the amenities you would need for a vacation. Swimming pool is a good size and is well kept. Has a bar area to lounge around in the sun, and its only 5 minutes to the beach from the hotel.
