Bad service, the toilet had leakage, the window was broken and they wanted to blame us, bad experience in general, unfortunate me first time in Nayarit.

Va y se mete a las habitaciones... Bad experience, they have a parking lot where there are very few cars, so if someone goes out, the owners are bothering you to move your vehicle, then Mrs. Va and goes to the rooms ...

On previous visit the host was very friendly and we were at ease, now upon returning a lady wanted 850.00 for a double room, where I stayed 635.00 and excellent service.

El personal nada agradable, hay mucho ruido, el baño estaba sucio, las cobijas y camas en malas condiciones !!! Es un hotel en proceso de decadencia. Le falta mucho mantenimiento. P Podrán decir que el precio lo dice todo !! Pero no es el caso. Hay más ocpciones por precios similarares ! Realmente no lo recomiendo !! It was the second time we visited the hotel, but this last time the stay was very unpleasant. The staff is not nice at all, there is a lot of noise, the bathroom was dirty, the blankets and beds in poor condition !!! It is a hotel in the process of decay. It needs a lot of maintenance. P They may say that the price says it all!! But is not the case. There are more options for similar prices! I really don't recommend it!!
