Hotel St. Cruz Plus - 33200 Creel

Of 3 days that I was there, one day they forgot to complete the service, they only took out towels and they did not return. So I suggest the staff to be more careful.

An ideal place that complements the ecotourism experience. Comfortable rooms, tasty food and friendly staff, the guide Alonso stands out for his charisma, he gives interesting and entertaining walks.

Terrible food! zero recommendable, we paid for the Christmas dinner where the dish was in three courses... they gave us all the courses together in a single plate, all scrambled... inedible!! They offer wi-fi it never existed, you claim and they tell you to fix it and nothing! Zero empathetic and helpful, the supposed buffet is to their liking, because you form and they serve the dishes without even asking what you want. There is no cereal, only one piece of fruit (watermelon was always), the toasted bread is rationed to one slice, there is no yogurt, no sweet bread, the floor is dirty...really not recommended at all. There are hotels of the same price with excellent service. The loudest hotel I have ever visited.

A very comfortable, beautiful place with good heating, it has a fireplace in the common area and it is well located. The stairs squeak a lot and it has a bad internet signal, hopefully they can improve that. The best restaurants in creel are nearby.

It does not have an iron for clothes or a coffee maker in the room, the Internet is very slow, but to spend the night it is fine, clean and a bit nice, recommended if you are not going to be in the hotel for a long time.

I didn't like it at all... Lack of hygiene in their rooms, they don't have drawers or a mini closet. Bathroom is terrible, slippery floor, no place to even hang a towel, extremely noisy exhaust fan. Tiny towels, clunky bed bases, and you're always hitting yourself with them. Bad very bad. The only redeeming feature is the buffet breakfast, because although it has little variety, it has good flavor.
