★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room is huge and nice, although the bed is not the most comfortable. I stayed here because of breakfast (which is pretty good) and the gym. The gym is outdated and not very functional, it would not be a selling point for myself in the future. Staff is friendly enough

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location, staff was amazing and the room was excellent!! Large suite, everything was great. The restaurant here is very nice as well (only went for the included breakfast). This will be the first place I look to for my next trip to Mexico City!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large rooms, so large you won't run out of space easily. There's a mini fridge but it's empty so you'll have to purchase your own stuff in the stores nearby. If you get one of the front-facing rooms, you'll get a balcony. Stayed for 3 nights and was pretty satisfied with my stay at Suites Amberes. Definitely my choice next time I'm visiting Mexico City.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location. Great staff. Rooms are huge but a bit dated. Only real complaint was the mattress. Really hard, too hard. Would replace the mattresses there and would make a huge difference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not a 4 stairs hotel. This is an old apartments building, very bad maintained, and very bad service. And the worse location: this is located in the middle of the bars and discotheques. Impossible to sleep. Very unsecure area. In addition they get your money in advance. When you see what kind of hotel is this if you want to move to other hotel they refuse to reimburse your money for the days paid in advance. Etc. Etc. Etc. Obviously NOT RECOMMENDED.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent for the most part. Stayed in the queen/double room. Clean rooms but showing some age in parts. Each room has a dedicated wifi access point. Internet was sufficient. Beautiful table setting upon arrival. Multiple light bulbs out throughout the room. Ironing board was terrible but iron itself fine. Housekeeping did a great job everyday.
Can hear the neighboring bars and clubs late at night depending on which rooms you are in but it honestly wasn't loud enough to keep any of us awake. Also we stayed during Day of the Dead so take that into consideration.
Front desk and bellhop were quite helpful though 50-75% of the time they were not bilingual. Chocolates offered at desk and put in rooms everyday, delicious. Laundry service but doesn't run on weekends which was a rough for us coming in on Sunday. Breakfast is free and you receive tickets to take to the restaurant. Service was great as was the food minus the French Toast. You are first served a plate of fresh fruit (2 types of melon and papaya), coffee, and a glass of fresh squeezed juice. Please tip these people even though its free food.
Rooftop terrace and gym are nothing exceptional but do exist. Location is good with multiple shops, bars, restaurants, and metro hub nearby. I believe its worth the money considering everything, just don't think you are getting 4.5 to 5 star service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A huge clean room, with friendly staff to tend to your needs, in the heart of Zona Rosa. A delicious desayuno (breakfast) was included daily.
If you stay here, though, ask for a room on the back. Earplugs alone were not enough to drown-out the seemingly constant music from the bars on the street. (That's not a complaint...I am fine with noise in a big city, and wore earplugs. It is merely a suggestion.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very comfy, clean, and quiet place. Stayed in the 2-bdrm suite facing the back of the property. The suite is very spacious (no balcony-those are only the 1-bdrm suites - I asked). It's walking distance to restaurants, bars/clubs, street vendors, mini marts and the Angel de Independencia. Never felt unsafe and the noise from the bars never bothered us.
