★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bonitos los cuartos, limpios, pero muy incómodas las almohadas por que son de un material que parece plástico, y no había buena comunicación para reservar y acceder y recoger la llave.
The rooms are very nice, clean, but the pillows are very uncomfortable because they are made of a material that looks like plastic, and there was no good communication to reserve and access and collect the key.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pesar de que fue uno de los hoteles dañados durante el sismo del 17, el excelente servicio no demeritó; por el contrario remodelaron las habitaciones y quedaron mucho mejor que antes.
Amable sugerencia: no todos los viajeros venimos a escuchar música estruendosa: sería aconsejable que el puesto de micheladas que está cerca de la alberca modulara el nivel de su música.
Although it was one of the hotels damaged during the earthquake of 17, the excellent service did not detract; On the contrary, they remodeled the rooms and they were much better than before.
Kind suggestion: not all of us travelers come to listen to loud music: it would be advisable for the michelada stand near the pool to modulate the level of its music.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un buen lugar para pasar el fin de semana, le faltan algunos servicios y el personal solo hace lo indispensable. Pero es barato. Deberían hacer nuevamente la recepción del hotel porque se cayó con el último temblor, pero ya pasaron años y sigue sin tener recepción. Por lo que hay que registrarse en otro lugar.
It is a good place to spend the weekend, it lacks some services and the staff only does what is essential. But it is cheap. They should do the hotel reception again because it fell with the last tremor, but years have passed and they still don't have a reception. So you have to register elsewhere.
