HOTEL TERRA CARIBE - 77524 Cancún

The rooms are actually clean and nice but the location is terrible! Right next to the highway and there is a main avenue right in front of the hotel so you have the constant traffic noise. There isn’t much around this place either, so you are stuck and need to order a take away for dinner.

Nice Hotel for a couple of days. Good street food close by and OXXOs etc. Right in the center of everything.

First hotel in Mexico.its nice but it needs renovations in the bathroom.the room and bed was very confortable.but the curtains were not enough to shade you from the light of the corridor.staff were kind

a very expensive hotel for what it offers, the television does not work, it does not have a wife in the rooms. some managers at the reception very unpleasant, the pool very small. nothing like in the photos they show

No water in the shower or toilets in any of the 3 rooms we rented and this morning when I went to the front desk, their employee informed me it wasn’t his problem and if we wanted water, we should use the pool.

“With an attractive price leave the hope for comfort” Pros: clean; comfortable bed; good food spots nearby; vicinity to ferry to Isla Mujeres; breakfast is not the worst! Cons: - they have FIVE unreliable wifi networks with ridiculous passwords and after all the effort - they WILL NOT even reach your room or pool area - front desk makes you feel like an INCONVENIENCE. They did not provide useful tourist information and had no desire to help (where to rent scooters, where to do laundry…); - one front desk member does not speak English at all and gets annoyed from 1 to 10 in 0.5 sec: she was very displeased that we asked for 2nd key to the room (which you will NOT get anyway) - COVID test service that they promote (poster is in English) does not communicate in English/reply to messages - shower takes MUCH longer to get warm, even by local standards, it will get tolerable but never hot - pool area has just 4 sunbeds, try asking for more to receive an unforgettable smirk. Good luck with pool towels too. - my grandma has better tv - CHERRY ON TOP: your WHOLE STAY - DAY AND NIGHT - you will be accompanied by a sound of a “squeaking sneaker” with 7-8 seconds of rest - helps to practice peace of mind ?? There is more but I think you got the picture. If you decide to stay for a nice price - lower your expectation AND THEN LOWER THEM AGAIN

The hotel was flooded with water. All of our things were soaking wet. Including some of our electronics. They promised to pay back, but that didn't happen
