★ ★ ★ ★ ★ December 2, 2021 we took 9 of us out to sea in Cancun because the boat showed up and if you cancel you get no refund. $1,400.00 is what I paid through Palace resorts and it was the worst experience our family could have. Out of 9 family , 5 were throwing up overboard and the seas were so rough that I could not stand long enough to help my son puke. I asked the crew several times if this is safe and they shrugged their shoulders. After 1 1/2 hours of 4 hour trip I had the crew take us back. No lunch, no fish, horrible weather so I did not feel safe and got 0 refund. I would not recommend deep sea fishing in Cancun in December ever again. The company should have canceled the trip and they have to know that.
