★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde la llegada estuvo mal, no cuentan con estacionamiento para autos, el check in es a las 3:00 pm y a pesar de tener pocas habitaciones y que te permiten usar sus instalaciones, nos terminaron dando la habitación hasta las 4:30 pm. La amabilidad de su personal deja que desear, no son groseros pero tampoco te hacen sentir en casa, el personal es reducido y le falta capacitación. Las opciones de alimentos son muy limitadas (si eres alérgico a algún ingrediente o vas con alguien embarazada…) y no te dan opciones. El club de playa es “mini” y sin personal, hay 4 camastros. La playa es muy bonita y sin gente y eso vale mucho la pena. Las habitaciones son lo más bonito, y el concepto de que el hotel se pierde y adapta en el ambiente natural es agradable, pero lo que pagas y por lo que recibes muy mal.
Since the arrival it was bad, they do not have parking for cars, check in is at 3:00 pm and despite having few rooms and that they allow you to use their facilities, they ended up giving us the room until 4:30 pm. The friendliness of its staff leaves something to be desired, they are not rude but they do not make you feel at home either, the staff is small and lacks training. The food options are very limited (if you are allergic to any ingredient or you are traveling with someone who is pregnant…) and they do not give you options. The beach club is "mini" and without staff, there are 4 lounge chairs. The beach is very beautiful and without people and that is well worth it. The rooms are the most beautiful, and the concept that the hotel is lost and adapted in the natural environment is nice, but what you pay and what you receive very badly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You serve us passionfruit ravioli which taste like a £3 mango and passionfruit Onken yoghurt for a entrées ??! and then for mains, Lamb Chop I wouldn’t serve to my dog. A chocolate Ganache I struggled to swallow. I’ve never been a keyboard warrior but Just feel very let down. MX $4,800 (£184,29). Architectural brilliance, culinary retardation, get real.
I could have eaten Hakkasan Mayfair. £145.
