★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good hotel, well located, good price, beautiful kittens that like to cuddle with everyone. Choice of fresh fruit in the Morning, coffee, tea and toast. Sound proofing could be improved in the rooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AMAZING STAFF, STRUCTURE, AND AMBIENT. We enjoyed our stay in an incredible way! Such a quite place with a cool view of the pool out of the rooms, very cozy and nicely furnished! We had a glass of wine bought in town by the pool every night after sightseeing with all the stars above... AMAZING. Breakfast 9/10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's strange to be so out, nothing near... Was great to focus on some work... The rooms are nicely designed... Boutique hotel meets French motorway hotel.... I think its ideal for those with a car... Without.... Don't bother unless you need to do work project... Walk to Centro only 25 mins, which I did at night. All safe and sound.

"Continental" breakfast was supposed to be included, but in reality, it's coffee, one yogurt, a bit of sliced fruit, and one single toast.
Not really impressed by anything in particular.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very basic. Pictures are great to be honest but misleading. It is a very basic property, just to sleep in but there's certainly more around the lagoon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not recommend unless you don’t mind taking a taxi to go anywhere and back. They had their location on google maps in central Bacalar to trick visitors into thinking they had a better location but that seems to have changed on maps now. Basically 0 staff besides the host at the front desk. Plenty of better and cleaner options in central Bacalar area for pretty much the same price.
