I	Ivan Chavez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente cabaña!! Tiene dos camas matrimoniales, un baño y medio, asadero, refrigerador, cocina, microondas, chimenea, sala, comedor, todooo!! Excellent cabin!! It has two double beds, a bathroom and a half, barbecue, refrigerator, kitchen, microwave, fireplace, living room, dining room, everything!

I've been there three times now, I loved the spa and the rooms are very comfortable, spacious and very clean, and the people who serve them are very friendly and warm.

V	Victor Martinez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen lugar ,seguro pues la profundidad de las albercas no es mucha, tienen palapas ,área de comida, bar y cabañas, toboganes, agua termal estacionamiento, tienda y vigilancia, el personal muy atento y educado. Good place, safe because the depth of the pools is not much, they have palapas, food area, bar and cabins, slides, thermal water, parking, store and surveillance, very attentive and polite staff.
B	Brenda Corona on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Están muy lindas las cabañas, sin embargo le hace falta servicios que hacen la diferencia cuando te hospedas en un lugar. Por ejemplo de entrada no servía la luz de afuera de la cabaña. No ponen ni jabón ni toalla de manos en los baños. En otros lugares te ponen aguas embotelladas y aquí nada de eso. En el baño no hay tapete para que no mojes el piso, no hay ninguna repisa para poder poner las toallas para secarte y como ni tapa tiene el sanitario tienes que poner la toalla al bañarte en el lavabo. Ese tipo de detalles hacen la diferencia y no estuvo mal la estancia. Sin embargo no fue del todo agradable por esos detalles. Que para los $2400 que pagas por la cabaña deberían de estar al 100 en el servicio. The cabins are very nice, however you need services that make a difference when you stay in a place. For example, the light from outside the cabin did not work as an entrance. They don't put soap or hand towels in the bathrooms. In other places they give you bottled water and here none of that. In the bathroom there is no mat so that you don't wet the floor, there is no shelf to put the towels to dry yourself and since the toilet doesn't even have a lid you have to put the towel in the sink when you bathe. Those kinds of details make the difference and the stay was not bad. However, it was not entirely pleasant because of those details. That for the $2400 you pay for the cabin they should be 100% in the service.

La cena que nos prepararon para año nuevo, superó, por mucho, nuestras expectativas. Un buen lugar para descansar. La única mejora que recomiendo es la colocación de accesorios en los baños de las habitaciones. La afluencia de gente es alta fechas como año nuevo, el resto de la estancia estuvimos muy cómodos. The service and the good disposition make the stay very pleasant. The temperature of the spa water is very pleasant. The dinner they prepared for us for the new year far exceeded our expectations. A good place to rest. The only improvement that I recommend is the placement of accessories in the bathrooms of the rooms. The influx of people is high dates like New Years, the rest of the stay we were very comfortable.
m	mariana castro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When booking this hotel be careful not to mistake this hotel for the one next to the main road. You'll see it when entering the property to your right. A young man came out of a lil booth and stopped me and asked where I was headed. I told him this hotel but he insisted I stay at their property because it is more affordable and right next to the pool. I advise you to avoid staying with them and drive a little further up toward the other hotel called hotel Valle Verde. My experience: I asked them where I can find the hotel located further up the street. He said that they owned two properties one at the bottom and another at the top. Thats when an older woman showed up. They were both trying to convince me to stay at their hotel by saying it was closer to the pool and more affordable. I found it odd that the young man kept whispering to the older woman about which room I should stay in as they argued back n forth. The young man looked very suspicious, but I really needed a place to stay so I agreed to stay by the pool. Around 11pm, I wake up to several knocks on my door saying that someone is calling me at the reception desk (which is a little shack booth). Mind you, nobody knows I am staying here, so who the hell could be calling me this late at night?! I am not from this area and I am a female, so I tell the guy knocking on my door that I am trying to sleep and to leave me alone. He continues to knock and I tell him to go away, but he persist for a very long time (15-20 minutes). I then tried calling the hotel phone number but it sounds disconnected. So i go on Google and call the other hotel they "own" at the top of the hill (valle verde) and the person said that they will figure out what is going on. 5 minutes later, the guy finally goes away. The lady at Valle Verde said that she called the hotel I am staying at and they told her it was a misunderstanding. I then find out that the hotel Valle Verde is not the same as this hotel even though they are located in the same area. The young man and old woman lied to me just so I would choose them over the other hotel. Please beware of the little shack booth upon entering! They are conartist and shady. I am afraid to open the door now, so I will wait till the morning to get the heck out of here asap. Hotel Rating: Rooms smell old and musty, rooms are very small, barely fit in bathroom let alone able to sit on toilet, & noisey. Also pools in the picture are dirty and not filled.
