★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The garden was beautiful, however, the rooms were spacious, but it need a bit of maintenance on the ceiling, basically paint. I did get a good night sleep. It is close to downtown. I would definitely stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were looking at this hotel as a potential wedding venue and put down at $10,000 peso deposit to hold the date. We ultimately decided to go with another venue in Bernal and it has been an absolute NIGHTMARE getting out deposit back. The manager has been giving us the runaround, has taken to screening our calls, and I am afraid they are trying to steal our money. Be very careful doing business with Hotel Villa Florencia!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very peaceful, excellent service. It’s a good place to disconnect for a few days from the day my routine. The only issue maybe is the food. Is not that good and it is a little expensive when compared to other food option near the area. But you’re really paying for the place
