★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca contestan, tengo llamando varios días, no quieren vender o que? Update.... ya se dignó a contestar el dueño, se dan su taco, si desde el inicio el servicio es deficiente que me puedo esperar, espero nunca ir a conocerte, gracias pero ya reservé en Misión Jalpan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un placer estar en este lugar, la tranquilidad, el equilibrio entre lo rural y la comodidad, basta con ver las fotos de las habitaciones para entender a lo que me refiero. En fin, algo que difícilmente podemos encontrar en México. Por cierto su restaurante el mejor en decenas de kilómetros a la redonda con cava de vinos españoles, franceses, australianos, argentinos, chilenos, mexicanos, etc... Cenar ahí en días de luna con las velas y música clásica es indescriptible
A pleasure to be in this place, tranquility, the balance between rural and comfort, just look at the photos of the rooms to understand what I mean. Anyway, something we can hardly find in Mexico. By the way its restaurant the best in tens of kilometers around with Spanish, French, Australian, Argentine, Chilean, Mexican wine cellars, etc ... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un excelente lugar, con la mejor ubicación en Jalpan de Serra, paisajes increíbles para dónde sea que fijes tu mirada. Es un sitio ideal para desconectarse de la rutina y además perfecto para la observación de aves. El personal es muy amable y están atentos siempre, Rod es un excelente anfitrión. Si además te gustan los deportes acuáticos, cuentan con ¡kayaks y bicis acuáticas! Todo en el mejor lugar para hospedarse en Jalpan.
An excellent place, with the best location in Jalpan de Serra, incredible landscapes wherever you look. It is an ideal place to disconnect from the routine and also perfect for bird watching. The staff is very friendly and they are always attentive, Rod is an excellent host. If you also like water sports, they have kayaks and water bikes! All in the best place to stay in Jalpan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estuvimos llamando 2 semanas antes de llegar sin embargo nunca contestaron, también mandamos msjs por WhatsApp y nos dejaron en visto, nos aventuramos a ir para conocer el hotel , no hay letreros que te indiquen la ubicación de las instalaciones, cuando por fin encontramos el hotel, lo que encontramos fue una atención nefasta nos comentaron que teníamos que reservar con 6 meses de anticipación (no era temporada alta), como quieren que reserves sino contestan y te dejan en visto... no tengo idea de quien es el dueño pero espero contrate mejor personal y tengan una mejor atención a los clientes, por que dejan mucho que desear, definitivamente no lo recomendaría por nada, nunca me habían tratado así ningún lugar.
We were calling 2 weeks before arriving, however they never answered, we also sent messages by WhatsApp and they let us in, we ventured to go to see the hotel, there are no signs that indicate the location of the facilities, when we finally found the hotel , what we found was a disastrous attention they told us that we had to book 6 months in advance (it was not high season), how do they want you to book if they don't answer and let you see ... I have no idea who the owner is but I hope hire better staff and have better customer service, because they leave much to be desired, I would definitely not recommend it for nothing, I have never been treated like this anywhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la atención, el lugar, la comida, las aves, la presa.... es TODO y TODA la magia que Rodrigo hace para que Villabilbo sea un abrazo inmenso al corazón. El lugar es un paraíso, y las personas que hacen esto posible son seres mágicos. Ya no sé, si esto es un lujo o una necesidad. GRACIAS totales por estos días increíbles!!
It is the attention, the place, the food, the birds, the prey ... it is EVERYTHING and ALL the magic that Rodrigo does so that Villabilbo is a huge hug to the heart. The place is a paradise, and the people who make this possible are magical beings. I no longer know if this is a luxury or a necessity. Total THANKS for these incredible days !!
