★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall OK for the price paid and well situated between Palenque en the ruins so very easy to catch a collection taking you to Palenque or the ruins for only 20 pesos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful purple hotel. Apparently it caught fire about 9 months ago but the atmosphere is still good. The only thing that I think could be improved is to have wifi across all rooms (only wifi at lobby) as well as a better restaurant service (they seem to be understaffed at breakfast)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was great. Everyone was very helpful in moving around tlaquepaque. We ate breakfast everyday at the hotel and was always amazing. Strongly recommend this. Also, if coming during the summer it's a must to search for a hotel with AC and this hotel delivers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Run down - really need maintenance. The design and general structure / layout of the hotel site is odd and not people friendly. It attracts buses full of tourists so quality of food, service, hotel decor is mediocre and works for mass tourism. It’s set up to make money not to provide a good experience. Wifi only at reception.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a beautiful experience. I went with family but I can tell that I would of enjoyed it alone as well. The sights, looks, and it's location are what push it to five stars. The pricing is what is expected and seems worthy. Keep in mind that you are by the zoo and in the jungle so bees will come to your table of you have honey but you will also hear the beautiful sounds of the howler monkey at night. The staff is very accommodating and the rooms have hot water. What more do you want? :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice place out of the city. Saw monkey and parrots here. Staff was also wonderful. Low rating is due to a fire they had 3 years ago, but now the place is awesome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super friendly and very good price-quailty .i was in hotel tunukun before and moved to this One. The view on the mountain is beautifull and you will see a lot of birds here flying over the swimmingpool. I had to take the nightbus and i already checked out. The allowed me to go in to the room agian to take a shower.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked into the reception of this hotel by mistake. This is the worst looking hotel I have ever seen in my life. Looks like a scene from Chernobyl…derelict…..windows missing…..not a single other guest in sight. These reviews are clearly a scam….4.2 stars? One star is generous. Avoid avoid avoid.
